Need to offer real coffee to guests not instant coffee

Good location, staff friendly & let me use their fridge, coffee machine in room would have been better, cheap sachets don’t fit the hotel ambience, English speaking tv/movie channels would have been beneficial - only because unfortunately I was unwell & had nothing to watch! Hotel advertise a daily happy hour for guests to mingle which is a good idea I only did once 😊

Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were quiet.

Lovely hotel in a great area within this beautiful city. We had a refurbished room and it was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel in a central location but away from the crowds. Amazing restaurants with walking distance. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The superior king room we booked was plenty big enough, clean and comfy. Being able to rent bikes direct from the hotel was a nice touch and allowed exploring further afield possible. There was some noise from the street at night but we were sleeping with the windows open. Would definitely visit again.

I loved it here. What a gem to find. Beautiful hotel, staff so helpful and an out of this world breakfast! We also hired bikes which were fab. Highly recommended.

What a lovely hotel! Helpful, friendly staff, quirky, modern design, super-clean and quiet. We loved the area - about a 5 minute walk from Norreport Station and about a 15 minute walk into the centre, but loads of dining options with TorvehallerneKBH market just minutes away (great for breakfast as the hotel one, although amazing is £30 each!) and gardens and the water close by - lovely walk along the waterfront! We had a standard room, which was perfectly formed and comfortable but the hotel has no air-con, so did get very hot. There's a good fan and big windows though, so no big deal for us. The hotel also has cosy-hour from 5 to 6pm with a selection of free drinks! Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

The staff at the hotel were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Our only slight disappointment was the bathroom in the room, the decor was dated and for this standard of hotel I would have expected a more modern walk in shower rather than an old bath, shower curtain and weak shower.

Fantastic location. Hotel is spotless & comfy. Staff are very friendly. Checkin on line makes life easier and app works well. There is a bag room you can leave your luggage in before & after checkin & checkout. Each day you can have a complementary drink from the bar. When our room was ready we discovered we had been upgraded to a junior suite, thank you Hotel Kong Arthur

Great hotel, if you want familiarity book one of the international chains, if you want typical Danish style book here! We had a great stay at the Kong Arthur, enthusiastic and super friendly staff throughout, the check in online and key sent to your phone works seamlessly and because we arrived late in the evening was greatly appreciated! The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and designed with a scandi chic style. We chose a superior room which is larger than the standard room. The bathroom was a surprise and one of the best designed that we have stayed anywhere! The buffet breakfast won’t be to everyone’s taste if you are looking for the standard hotel fare, but the quality is faultless and very much in the hotel’s unique Danish style. A refreshing change from the same old choices. Beware the hotel breakfast room can be a bit cramped at the busiest times, but the staff keep the food topped up so no danger of any breakfast choices running out! The hotel is easily reached directly from the airport via the metro which runs 24 hours and is MUCH cheaper than the taxis. It’s a direct route with no changes and takes about 15 minutes. All the tourist attractions can be reached by walking from the hotel and the hotel is in a safe area even at night. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

A lovely experience from start to finish. The room with the loft was amazing and the daily breakfast was outstanding.

This is a lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a newly renovated suite on the lower floor which was spacious, beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Unfortunately we shared a wall with the gym and were awakened very early on our first morning by someone working out with weights. As soon as we opened the door and let him know about the noise he kindly stopped & it was not a problem during the rest of our stay. The location is excellent — convenient to transportation and great shopping & dining. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful & the vibe was great.
