First the positives. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. Shared spaces were really good.
Breakfast was very average. We liked that it was organic.
The room was poor and not what we were expected. We had a suite. Beds for kids were very poor for price point. The adult beds were uncomfortable with strange shaped pillows and the towels were unacceptable for any level of hotel. We were promised a free minibar when we booked but actually it was free drinks at reception that we had to pay to be delivered or go get ourselves. Also had fridge in room that didn’t work.
Not worth cost of room.

The property was wonderful. Kind staff & lots of perk included with your stay!! We really enjoyed the breakfast & happy hour included with our accommodation. We also rented bikes from the hotel during our stay. The property is a little older but well maintained. It is a smaller boutique hotel which we like & also had a nice social in the lobby.

Overall a really good stay, the wine hour is a super nice touch. As is the Night cap hour! Very central location which is good but we have stayed in Vestebro twice before and would stay there again next time but that is personal preference and no fault of the hotel.
The only thing I would say is we were in one of the larger rooms with the big windows and the street noise is very loud. I am not a light sleeper but it was ridiculous with road sweepers, deliveries and binmen all seemingly working simultaneously from 3-6AM on the 3 nights we were there. So ask for a room not facing the street.
Other than that really nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet.

Our second stay at SP34 was again comfortable and very convenient for central Copenhagen. Since all the rooms are slightly different, you don't get a feeling of deja vu when you arrive, and so we will undoubtedly be staying here again. Our inside room was completely silent, but the street itself is very quiet with little traffic. It may be slightly more lively in summer? The lobby area with wine and seating is convivial!

The pictures on the website were not a good representation of how the rooms are. There were cracks in the walls and carpets worn. The price paid was not sufficient enough for the property especially being in the city center.

Dark and dingy rooms without proper lighting. Tired looking rooms with scuff marks all over the walls. The extra bed that was provided was rock hard. Dirty tea and coffee tray. Bathroom was spacious but could have been cleaned better.
