I'd never stayed in a hostel before so I was nervous of everything people say about hostels. I had no need to be worried. Staff were super helpful when I first got there as I prefer having a key rather than using my phone, so they set me up with that, and were more than happy to ensure I had a lower bed due to my disability. The solo traveller meet up is a fantastic idea, and the free drink which comes with it was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, it was just a shame we couldn't have the room cleaned due to a couple of the others spending a lot of time in bed. Brilliant location just down the road from Tivoli and the main station, and there was a swimming area in the harbour less than 5 minutes walk away. Such a perfect place to stay!

It’s a nice place to stay for a quick stop. The place looks huge, but it stops at the rooms. The four-bedroom is probably the smallest room I’ve been in during a hostel stay. The bathroom is also very small. Aa I would recommend privacy curtains for the bunks, especially the bottom bunks, since their design differs from the top bunks and they are so close together. The laundry room is convenient; however, I’d recommend investing in more washers and dryers. One set was out of service, and the operational ones ran way too long. Needless to say, it’s a popular amenity, so more machines would be useful.

This was a fun hostel. Lots of activities going on around the lower level and lobby, but up in the rooms it was quiet. The space is very small, but the pods are comfy and the shower has good space. We chose this place because it was close to the museum we were going to, but it has bus to and from the airport literally at its door. It’s also very close (5 minute walk) to the train station and more buses. The only miss here was the laundry wasn’t the best. I’d skip it next time.

Spacious hostel with lots of events and activities. Room was decently clean, but could be cleaner. Location was great - walking distance to sights like Tivoli and Black Diamond as well as the central station. Can take one bus from outside the hostel to and from the airport.

My ONLY complaints are that I'm 63 and was put in a top bunk that was hard to get into (or i should say out of in the middle of the night to pee). The other thing is that they should have a small foldout seat on the wall to sit and put on shoes.

This is a huge hostile with lots of rooms and guests of all ages. This was my first hostile and I was surprised by its size and guests. What I didn't like and expect was how tiny the rooms were. I chose a room with 4 beds, which are actually pods. I felt a little claustrophobic the first night, but I slept well the other two nights. If I stay in a hostile, I would stay somewhere with bigger rooms where you can walk easily to your bed and have enough spece to change, too. There was a small locker in the room, which was barely enough for my backpack. If you're young, don't mind the small rooms, and large big crowds, it's a nice place in a good location.

Really great vibe and loas of awesome amenities. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Locker system was super handy. The rooftop bar was good, drinks were affordable. Location is awesome, right next to the central station and Tivoli gardens. AC was not quite enough in the recent heat wave. We had it blasting on the coldest setting the whole time, and the room was still warm. The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. We received no change of towels or servicing during our 3 night stay. Given the heat, most of us were showing more than once a day and a single towel just didn't cut it. Furthermore, no hand towel or bathmat was provided.
