It had air conditioning and a comfortable bed but the lack of a rug for bathroom use made for very slippery conditions and the lack of a shuttle made transport to airports more challenging

The roof top bar is stunning and on of the best features! The restaurant also has a great breakfast and is worth it.

Great location! Close to harbour, airport and metro! Friendly staff and widespread delicious breakfast. :) The transfer to and from airport was not available during my week long stay :(

Everything was good except for the fact they charged you almost $8 Canadian for her tap water. They also forget to tell you that's going to be $8. They also charge you for ketchup. Also if you're going to get the Wellness Spa they're only open for a short period of time so if you're staying for one day it might not be worth it. Otherwise not a bad Hotel. Thought of 15 to 20 minute walk from the airport. They weren't able to pick us up because the shuttle was broken down.

Awesome and enjoyable stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was no availability of the transfer from and to airport as stated in their profile.

We booked this hotel for our 12 hr layover through the night. It was just perfect and enjoyed the lovely breakfast. Bed was super comfortable and very quiet room.

Nothing to complain about. Room had a view over the water, 11 th floor bar was very nice although drinks are a little pricey. Breakfast bar is a packed house but has just anything you want. Room was good, no wash rags and TV options were limited at night. Was not able to connect to my phone. Airport shuttle was out of service so a cab was necessary.

Very basic room. Cheap furnishings. No shuttle service which was the reason we choose the hotel.

Not an easy walk from the airport. Shuttle not working. Had to ask for a cup to get coffee. Won’t stay there again.

My only complaint was the lack of a shuttle to get us to the airport. We walked with our bags (about 15 minute walk), a shuttle was advertised so we expected it to be available, and were disappointed it wasn't. Otherwise the hotel was great.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and location overlooking the water was nice. We were able to store our luggage which we appreciated. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready at 4 pm despite being told when we first arrived at 10 am that they would be ready. We were offered drink coupons while we waited but ultimately we really just wanted our own space and beds to rest on. We tried to book the free airport shuttle- one of the main reasons we chose this hotel- and were told it was in the shop. No alternate arrangement was offered. We would have appreciated a heads up about the shuttle being out of commission as the employee indicated it had already been in the shop for a while.

Clean, nice hotel. Close to the airport, but not much else.

Negatives: We chose this property because it was close to the airport, and specifically because it offered a shuttle. I was told there was, "No shuttle this week". However another traveler told me, "they don't run a shuttle". There were several UBER and taxis that were parked out front. They charge an average of $22 for a mile to the terminal. We would have walked except for 2 cumbersome suitcases. Remember: few European hotels provide washcloths, bathmats, or top-sheets. Positives: They have several nice amenities if you pay for an upgraded room. They have a wonderful self-serve coffee machine in the lobby- ask the desk for a cup. There is a nice aquarium next door if you have time. The room was spacious. I like the custom of each person having their own duvet.

The lady who checked me in was fantastic. I realized I had left my passport on the plane and she quickly jumped in to help me find out how to go about where to go and how to begin trying to get it back. The hotel was lovely, very clean, very nice people working there.

Nice modern property to stay at before your trip abroad.

We booked this Hotel specifically based on the Airport Shuttle. At check-in we were advised the Shuttle was out for repairs for a few days and that there was no shuttle, no alternative arrangements had been made and that the hotel would not be covering our taxi costs. This is not acceptable. We would have stayed elsewhere, and chose this whole solely for the shuttle.

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel. Hotel is located within walking distance of the airport or they have a shuttle. Check in was super easy. The buffet breakfast is exceptional!!! So many delicious options for food and drinks. Well worth including it during your stay. Gym is good, we didn't get to enjoy the spa as it's a separate entrance fee. Room was clean and comfortable. Metro station is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Definitely recommend!
