Shaun does construction at the moment you could hear very loud construction. No one in early that wakes you up. Also lift was broke for a day otherwise people like nice breakfast was really good.

The hotel is under renovation. This lead to a lot of noise from 7 in the morning.
There was a lot of builder dust on the first floor, there was no heating in my bathroom (freezing), and the hotel had no option to move to a proper room.
Would definitely avoid staying here until renovations are done.
On the positive side the location is really good, and everything is close.

Staff was very friendly. We would have liked a better view instead of looking at a construction site. Blowdryer broke down. Asked for another one but it never arrived. Asked for ice and the machine was broke. Parking was at another location and almost impossible to unload your luggage at the hotel as it was a bus zone in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast it was very delicious.

An average, slightly dated hotel near the station. Some of the rooms lacked air-conditioning, the bathrooms were cramped. Some rooms were facing a building site where a new wing was being built. It would have been better to update the existing rooms before building more.

Nice clean hotel with good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff, and also very handy to the train station. Unfortunately, there is a downside to the locale: noisy drunks, screaming and fighting on one occasion, more celebratory on others, kept us awake between 3 and 5 am on three nights of a 5-night stay.

Terrible smell in bathroom and had to change rooms. By end of our stay there was beginning to be a smell in the second bathroom and lid of toilet had to remain closed - a problem with the sewers probably. Cleanliness was poor and there was a noise issue at night - inadequate sound proofing. Breakfast was adequate but with the other issues we were not tempted to eat in the restaurant. Location was good but would not stay here again. Advertised as a 4 star hotel but only worth 3 at the most.

Stayed for a night. Staff at the front desk were friendly and warm. Service was efficient. Restaurant closed for dinner but open for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was generous. There’s a lift once you’re inside the foyer. Worst thing about this hotel was the small ensuite and awful toilet paper, but it has been as bad or worse nearly everywhere in Scandinavia.

Smallest bathroom in the world. Water ran either boiling hot or cold. The bathroom floor was uneven and i tripped and cut my toe open, that was fun. The toilet was pressed up to the shower, JUST RIDICULOUSLY SMALL. This was not a cheap hotel, it cost well over $200 CND to stay here. Room was small and cramped, no fridge and the staff seemed totally indifferent to its patrons. I dont recommend this place at all, its in a good location, but there are a lot of other hotels in the area, choose one of those.
