Non customer service, food no good , not clean.

Very bad attitude from front desk. Food is not of good quality. No choices. Wifi is not free and is expensive. Hotel should only be 3 stars.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel’s staff was a mess, Rania from the reception area tried to steal from us. We had booked a room with a pool view and she requested 30 eauros for the upgrade! Believe it or not you have to pay 15 euros to have access to the wifi. We paid in egyptian money and she didnt give us the change back. When we got to the room she only gave us one key because the replacement keys are 5 euros to replaced . The room was hot at nights !!! Stay away from this hotel ! Such a bad experience!!!!!! When you are in vacation you dont want to be worring about thiefs jn the hotel !!!

The hotel was amazing and the staff are excellent.

I've had three wonderful nights there. Everything was maintained in the best way. The food is great, the service and cleanliness are excellent. It's a great destination for a break.

I can’t say enough about how clean the resort is and how professional and friendly the staff is! From the second I walked in, checking in, the restaurants, pools, spa area, beach, rooms even the lobby area are spotless. Every single staff member from management to house keeping is beyond nice, understanding and was tasked to make my stay extremely satisfying. I highly recommend the resort and can’t wait to go back and visit again.

Big hotel resort, comfortable, friendly and helpful receptionists, nice staffs, big varieties of meals and v. good tastes, cleaning place. Special thanks for Mr. Nabil (manager) for his help.

The hotel is not quite modern but well maintained. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Just a couple of minutes. staff were friendly.

The hotel reception is nothing special, neither is the restaurant or food but for a short stay it was good enough. A number of staff were miserable and unhelpful and pool bar staff either hopeless or more interested in their phones. The resort is huge and we weren’t given a map so that was a bit useless as we had to work out where everything was in the dark! The room we got had a lovely terrace. The room itself was large and clean and comfortable. The pool area sun loungers were nearly all reserved with towels around 7:15am and, annoyingly, the areas all had sand. My son happily played in a quiet area pool and in the wave pool. The guy whose job it was to smooth the sand at the end of the day with a roller lacked care as he happily bashed into my lounger three time’s without an apology. Food quality was negligible although quite a selection. Soft drinks/juices were of a glow in the dark colour and unpalatable. We ordered pizzas at the beach bar as part of the all-inclusive package but these were tasteless. Would I return? Probably not

I didn't enjoy my staying there at all and don't recommend it to anyone , the rooms aren't clean , staff isn't friendly at all , room service is the worst , refused to change the towels we used saying it didn't have any smell it is only wet and it will dry on its own

Food in this place is not to my liking it is very low quality. Even breakfast which is usually OK at most places in this place they use oil to cook fry eggs and omlet's they don't know butter

They have 2 kinds of discriminations: against Egyptian, and against Muslims. They don’t allow lots of services to the Egyptians like late breakfast or dinner, and they allow foreigners only. If you speak Egyptian Arabic, they will treat you badly. They will start with providing a bad room, and prevent lots of services from you. I booked my hotel from Canada and paid in US dollars. I gave them a Canadian passport. Even though, they treated me as a second class person. They prevent Muslims women who are waring a muslim swimming suites from going some of the pool. On the other hand, they don’t have any issue if a non Muslim women to use the same pool even if they ware any dress not suitable for swimming. They don’t have any of these rules written to avoid being in trouble. They just tell you this is the rules and they force you to apply it. I will never go to this hotel again. Everyone supposed to stand against the discrimination and avoid go to this hotel till they change their roles of discriminating the Egyptian and the Muslims.

I like the pools and food , i didn't like reception staff and hotel is treating egyptain and muslims is bad way

I was there for the second time, the first time was my wife and the second time was with my friends. The staff was really nice and friendly and also the animation team was very nice and we had much fun with them, the GM Mr. Gamal was really helpful and very professional guy and also the manager of the F&B. Finally the stay was great and I'll go there again

nice big room with comfy king size bed.Foods was average
