Hotel Florencia San Miguel

Definitely good

A bit noisy but all and all is okay

Staff were helpful especially Bryan Anaya. If I will return to the city, I’ll stay here again.

The good: Overall good place to stay. Safe and clean rooms and the staff is exceptional. Good location. Good WiFi with easy log in. The bad: No hot water. This is not a problem if you're a local but if you're visiting for the first time get ready for a cold shower. No refrigerator available in the room.If you're staying for more than a few nights it's a bit inconvenient. But overall its a nice hotel and a good choice to stay in San Miguel

The property is very outdated. The room was small and not much room for storing belongings. The refrigerator, which was randomly leaking water, was on top of a table. Instead of a sofa there was two old and dirty chairs. The towels had holes in them and the bed linens were dirty. The door to the room had large opening on bottom and holes in middle. The curtain on window was sheer did not block light. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The walls are thin so traffic noise was extremely loud. Some of the staff were not friendly in fact they were very rude and sarcastic. The bed was extremely loud creaking with the slightest movement. At one point we asked to switch rooms and were told none available. This was not true as we saw staff in a room nearby watching tv on multiple occassions

Bathroom needs to be cleared from mold. Parking arrea is in front of the hotel room and noisy at times . Front desk staff needs to smile to welcome clients.

The tv doesn’t work

Very accessible and affordable. Pool was not open which was a bummer. Great breakfast included.

If you’re there for a quick business trip it’s ok. Otherwise find a place farther from the Main Street. My room only had cold water. One knob in the shower. Except for the bed, which was nice and new, the rest of the furniture is outdated. Bathroom is the size of a cruise ship bath. Leaky toilet flapper. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom in the basic room I had was very outdated. The shower head leaked, and you could hear the water dripping throughout the night. Everything else was OK (I think it was slightly overpriced for the area). I would stay for a couple of days only for convenience.

Muchas gracias por todo la ayuda! Muy amable todos. El desayuno era bien rico, con mucho variedad y el servicio muy bueno. Los cuartos estaban limpiecitos, grandes y cómodas. La piscina limpia, fresca y relajante. Eramos una familia grande y todos quedaron feliz con la experiencia y todos mandan a decir gracias y que les encantan el hotel.

The staff was super friendly and professional. Very impressed w El Salvador.

Excellent pool. Close to many good restaurants
