We booked this hotel as a quick stop over as we were getting a coach back from London and didnt fancy finishing the drive home at 4am. Notified the hotel that we wouldn't be checking in until that time and recieved a response within an hour that this wouldn't be a problem. On arriving at around 4-30am, the two young men (i didnt get their names) on reception were aware of our late arrival and had us checked in within a couple of minutes. They were very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean, well maintained and, despite the very hot weather, was lovely and cool. I.had a great few hours sleep on the very comfortable bed. The bathroom again was well maintained and clean and the shower was perfect. Unfortunately we didnt have time for breakfast but in keeping with the rest of of the hotel, the breakfast bar area looked very welcoming. I honestly dodnt expect much from a budget hotel on an industrial estate but for the despite the low cost this was easily one of the best value stays I have ever had.

Really enjoyed my stay, very clean rooms, staff were extremely polite and helpful. It was very quiet too when going to sleep which was also nice. Had breakfast at 6.30am and it was hot and plentiful. Overall would definitely stay again. Only downside is the parking at the hotel, i think guests should be able to park for free but cost me £12.00 to park

I have had mixed experiences with this hotel under two different names, having been coming to the area for over 5 years with work. On this occasion, my experience was definitely on the less good end of the spectrum, which was a shame because I was a returning customer after a few months away. Toilet flush mechanism didn't work at all in the room I started out in, and while maintenance had a look as I ate my meal (which was really nice!) they couldn't fix it and I was relocated to another room just two down from the first. I was slightly put out that this meant a twin bedroom over a double, but at least it wasn't too inconvenient. What really winds me up is the TV. Never understood why it was so hard to provide a reliable set of channels. Also, the WiFi is painfully slow, there is a nightly car parking charge and the variable pricing means that sometimes the same not spectacular room can double (and on one notable occasion when the Rugby World Cup was in town, treble!) in price. If it weren't so convenient for the office, I wouldn't stay here in preference. Sorry B&B. Not for me. On a positive note, the tv lounge for the world cup games was great and I saw England beat Croatia...

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking available onsite. Breakfast offers good selection of hot and cold options. Unfortunately hotel is not located close to Warrington main town area, so dining and transport options are limited (you need a car). Staff are helpful, although they now seem to charge for every little item now eg parking, disposable shower cap etc, which they used to provide for free. Would get better value staying in a hotel in town, which we'll do next time

It was a lovely stay, they didn’t fill up shower gel that was the only problem we found with the room, the buffet breakfast wasn’t that great so probably wouldn’t pay for that if we stay again.

Amazing stay really enjoyed it we will definitely stay here again we visited for my brothers wedding the breakfast was lovely and the 2nd day I asked for porridge as wanted to have something different as was travelling back to Kent my partner enjoyed the cooked breakfast and fresh fruit the staff were so friendly on arrival made us feel welcome and both morning we had different staff and each and everyone was lovely I’d highly recommend staying here xx

We stayed during the hottest May on record, and the AC system in the rooms was not operational as we were informed by the front desk, that this functionality is only switched on for summer. As the room windows only open a few inches, it made for a hot and uncomfortable few nights stay.

A great stay. Close to the motorway on a business estate where everywheres closed at the weekend,so nice and quiet. Pretty central to lots of things to do. Clean & tidy with comfortable beds. Only used the restaurant for breakfast but there was a good choice of foods,hot & plentiful & restocked all the time if things ran out. All self serve which i think is better. Friendly,helpful staff. As rooms are only serviced every few days,if you're a big coffee drinker,maybe ask for a few more sachets. As its mainly a business hotel there's not a lot of storage space,but for a couple of nights, it's perfectly fine. Beware of the snack prices behind the bar, £3 for a snickers chocolate,which is probably fine if your the business man claiming it back on expenses. All in all,I would definitely recommend and stay again if I were in the area
