Beach House Hotel

This was the perfect haven for our stay in Seahouses. Great welcome, extra comfort, perfect situation. Brilliant stay.

Was there as I had a cricket game at Bamburgh castle up the road was a useful stay and very close to the town of Seahouses also the restaurant offerings were very good indeed

Was a lovley room kettle was scaled up and shower head was dirty. Got a replacement kettle which was still scaled up. Breakfast was good but dinner was pricey and hit and miss. Use of the ocean club was a lovely bonus

Great hotel . All staff very friendly and helpful and polite .Breakfast very good.Dined there one night and it was delicious. Room ,restaurant and bar very clean and fresh. Location great for beach and town. Would visit again

Everything was perfect!

Room overlooked the sea, room was small but was ok, nice and warm too, had problem with shower as leaked, restaurant food was great and the staff, nice views in the lounge too where we relaxed with a nightcap

Really nice stay ,staff really helpful 👍 A must have is dinner it was amazing food 😋 wished we would have booked a 2 night stay though x dog friendly, a bit of barking which made me jump on a few occasions but its a dog friendly hotel so to be expected . It says the room is sound proof but we stayed in a ground floor room and coukd hear the neighbours above us walking across the floor and their tv . Overall a really nice stay in an amazing location will definatley return but chiose a different room choice .

As with any hotel, the start and finish of the visit, could with some bits I between, the staff masjid the sufficient difference. I would like to say how 5*the staff at Beach House are. The cleaning staff, the waiting staff and the reception staff were all superb. Very welcoming, happy and attentive to a man(or woman), we enjoyed every interaction. The hotel is well appointed, tidy and comfortable with just one minor issue in that it was a little too warm for us at night. Otherwise i would have given 5* across the board

Nice hotel in a great location right on the coast. The bar and restaurant areas are nice and the breakfast was good, with a good selection of cold and hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The reason I didn't score it higher was down to the room we were in - it was right next to reception and the banging and squeeking of the door to reception when trying to sleep was very annoying. Our room was a family room but some elements weren't set up for 4 people, like only two mugs and two teabags on arrival and two bottles of water. The room also faced a wall so was very dark. I think if you are in an upstairs room then this would be a great hotel to stay in but I wouldn't want to stay in the room we had again.

We had a lovely three night stay at Beach House Hotel. There was some refurbishment going on in the reception area at the time of our visit, these were undertaken during daytime hours when guests were out and so not a real inconvenience. The staff were friendly and approachable. Room was very comfortable with luxury toiletries provided in the bathroom. Perfect location in SeaHouses. Food was excellent.

On arrival at Beach House hotel we were welcomed at Reception by Dave who was friendly and professional. The check in was easy and we were soon directed to our room. We were asked if we needed help with our bags but said we would be fine. Our room, on the first floor, was large, bright and spacious. I was not very pleased that there was no window only a skylight but in the end this wasn't a problem as the velux window opened and had a blind. The en-suite was large and had everything needed plus lovely white towels! Breakfast was self service for cereal/fruit/toast etc. with staff who were friendly and attentive. You could also order cooked items. The full Northumberland breakfast set us up for the day and was well cooked and presented. The scrambled egg on sourdough toast was good but the toast wasn't really toasted enough! I think the only thing that we were not happy about was the water pressure in the shower which was very low but we would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The view was amazing and the staff was so incredibly nice. Breakfast was also good. We loved our stay!

Fabulous hotel- what made it was the staff. They couldn’t have been more friendly. It is tired looking on the outside but don’t be put off- lovely big rooms Lovely breakfast, wide choice. We will definitely book again My only tiny, tiny quibble is- no soap was given for the sink and I had to keep leaning across into the shower ( all lovely products) to get shower gel and did slip once .

The hotel location is excellent, great view of the adjacent beach and 3 miles from Bamburgh castle, with many other tourist attractions a short drive away. Our room was on the ground floor, quite large with a good sized bathroom pretty quiet apart from guests returning to their room later on (the sound proofing does not work when the door has big gaps between the door and frame!). We would return in future if visiting the area.

Hotel is very neat & clean. Our room was a little warm during the night, but overall it was an awesome place to stay!

Lovely hotel right on the sea front. Very clean & the hotel staff were all great to get on with. They went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Great breakfast & evening meal.
