Had a very brief one night stay here for a Heathrow stopover due to a delay in my arrival. Staff were excellent at getting me sorted quick enough with a hotel transfer for the next morning.
Only issue was some light getting in through the door, that is the room could be better darkened and some of the fixtures were looking old. Not something I would pay any mind to on a layover.

I found a room to be a bit noisy with lots of aircraft noise and a taxi stand. Parking lot was filthy.

I was very impressed with the service and registration, having never stayed there before. I am a Platinum Best Western member, but I was kindly given a free upgrade to an executive room. I am disabled and will go through my 15th knee surgery next month, so this was very beneficial for me. Thank you.

The reception was excellent. We arrived with a rollator due to limited mobility and changed our Room to be close to the lift, which was so thoughtful.
They were also helpful in ordering us a taxi to take us to the airport.
The restaurant food was reasonably varied.

The hotel was really old, the curtains did not function and the whole aesthetic seemed outdated. We had to take our key cards back to the reception as they were not working. The staff seemed unhappy to be working there.

Loved the location. Excellent local bus routes putside the hotel. Staff uber friendly and helpful. Food nice in the restsurant. Recommend the Indian food. Main gripe was the condition of the hotel. Slightly weather beaten and the cleanliness on the doors and handles was below my expectations. Toilet snd dhower spotless.

The room was a bit tired but the lobby area and restaurant were much better. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large selection freshly prepared. This made up for the downfall in the presentation of the room.
I almost forgot, even being right on a very busy road and aircraft landing behind that we heeard no noise. So very quiet.

No surrounding businesses, no surrounding restaurants, very little english speaking... Very small room. For the money, there are MANY nicer small lodges just a little farther up the road!
