Great service. Each room is based on a different designer. Very cool. So spacious. Rooftop is dope, depending on the day and time consider reservations. Each Sunday roast dinner option is delicious! I will be returning.

Overall a lovely hotel in a great area surrounded by bars/restaurants. We had a dinner on the roof terrace which was outstanding and breakfast in the bar downstairs (fantastic quality too). The room was very spacious and immaculate but unfortunately they are all single glazed and I found it quite noisy from the street below. If you're not a light sleeper like me then I'm sure it's fine but I didn't have the best night unfortunately. Despite that, I would consider staying there again!

The breakfast was fabulous with great service and beautiful surroundings. The roof top bar is a bonus in Summer for a relaxing drink before heading out. Location is so convenient for public transport and shopping at Spitalfields.

We stayed in the Eames room and it was amazing, a very uniquely designed and spacious room with lots of light. The location is amazing, right on redchurch street, an amazing place to shop. The staff could’ve been a bit warmer.

Free upgraded room. Huge like an apartment. Big roll top bath, 2 sinks all the good stuff. Very nice. Breakfast high quality.

There was no water in the room for 48hours! No shower, toilet, nothing, and then the rest of our stay with only cold water and beside being nice there was no reply from management, no compensation, not a word

Small hotel, big rooms, great location

We stayed in the loft room, bed was comfy, bathroom had heated floors and was wonderful. The location is amazing and the rooftop bar was nice to end the night looking at city lights. Excellent restaurants in close proximity, and hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Excellent stay, a lovely hotel right in the heart of Shoreditch, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Fabulous rooftop bar with great service.

Sound insulation from outside streets is poor - it’s noisy at night. Sound insulation in room from corridor is also poor. You will be disappointed if you wish to get to sleep and stay asleep much before 12.30. It has no gym on the premises. Decor is quite tired. Lots of chipped paints and a broken cabinet door in my room. I really don’t know why it is 5 rather than 4 stars. I wouldn’t stay here again

Overall the service was not bad. But don’t ever take the corner room. Lots of noise from the street and workers. Lorris and dustbin lorris. From 6 am it’s triblle.

So we arrived very early and the hotel was accommodating with letting us leave our bags, even putting them in our room for when we made it back after our scheduled meetings. However, the first night was a Saturday and the noise out on the street was unbearable, we were on the first floor, and we got little sleep. I know it's not their fault but maybe some better windows should have been installed? When a hotel provides your room with earplugs...yikes! The hotel TOTALLY redeemed itself though the next day. They had called a cab for us to get to the airport. My friend left her purse in the cab (with computer and all documents) so she called the hotel and they managed to get call the driver, have him come right back. She got her purse back and we made our flight. It really is a nice hotel with a great location...the only issue was the noise level.
