Excellent location!!!! Easy access to transportation links. Hotel is not on a buy street so quiet at night. Beds were so comfy and the air conditioning worked well. Hotel staff was very helpful. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby! Will be my go to hotel in London, UK NOW!

Excellent 4-night stay at Citadines. Location is a convenient 15-minute walk to tube stations or a number of buses a few minutes away.
Room was excellent.Nice size, clean, handy kitchenette, room safe, and storage. Nice touch having free coffee & tea in the lobby (espresso machine), which was also a nice space to lounge.
Staff were excellent at all times. Easy check-in and check out.
Some good dining options nearby (bakery: Pophams the best; Terra Rosa great Italian and many locals so you now it’s good; Draper Arms for a good pub).
We split our trip between this location and South Kensington- get two different flavours, different areas of Central London with different personalities and also from which to explore.

This apartment hotel really met our needs being in a convenient location for us which was quiet yet a few minutes walk to public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants.

my studio room was very spacious. I didn't wind up using the kitchen. My biggest problems were that the room was kind of spartan, ie could have used a rug or something to make it more cozy, and the staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful...I had to beg them to help me call a cab, for example. I think it might work better for someone who really wants/needs a kitchen--for the money, there are much more comfortable hotels throughout London. I do like Islington, which has a lot of posh shops, places to eat, pubs and other amenities.

We spend 12 days there. It was our second visit. Pleasant place and staff. The only negative was when i asked for an hour extension for check out, from 11 to 12, the concierge would not guarantee it. After spending what we did for 12 days there you’d think that would have been easy. Poor customer service.
