We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again.

Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. There was no running hot water in the bathroom and although I WhatsApped the team, they said maintenance would come the next day, by then I was checking out! Room was absolutely noisy, dont know what was beeping and making noise but I would not stay here again.

Great stay overall. The apartment was excellent with one of the best views. Kitchen amenities were well thought out, and the starter setup with coffee, tea, and milk was a nice touch. Two areas to improve: * Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. A refresh every 2 to 3 days would make a big difference. * Support: I had to go to reception three times for help with the washing machine and no one came. Responsiveness needs improvement. Overall, a great property with few service areas that can be improved.

After spending several hundred pounds on two room bookings for a weekend, I requested to change the date for one of the bookings given an unfortunate change of circumstances on my end. They completely refused and ignored my follow up request for at least some kind of concession. Terrible customer service and given I’ve booked them several times in the past, spent thousands and yet they still see fit to treat customer loyalty like this for granted, I will certainly not be using or recommending them again in future. Awful behaviour and very disappointing.
