A wonderful place to spend 2 nights. Richard and Mark were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very tastefully decorated with great detail. Parking was free across the road and the location was excellent. A nice walk to the beach and the East Beach cafe - a building with design awards.

A superb-short stay at the hotel. Very clean-comfortable hotel. My guests, Richard and Mark were perfect hosts, going about and beyond when I locked myself out. A very nice continental breakfast with great views. I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was wonderful. Mark and Richard are great hosts and were so kind after so had a bit of a trip with a glass of Port spilling over their white stair carpet. Thank you again guys.the room was spotless the breakfast plenty full with a good selection of food. More importantly they made a fuss of our Teddy who also had a great time running on the beach, and loving the doggy treats. Would recommend This Guest House whole heartedly.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at East Beach Guest House felt special. The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated — a real blend of comfort and style. A personal highlight was the welcome card, which had such a thoughtful, personal touch that we’ve decided to frame it as a keepsake.
The bathroom was stunning — modern, well-fitted, and the metalwork throughout was just gorgeous. We stayed in a room with a four-poster bed and a huge bay window, and we both slept like a dream. It was pure comfort.
We also took full advantage of the cosy lounge area, where we enjoyed a complimentary glass of port — a lovely touch. Our hosts, Mark and Richard, were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome and at home.
To top it all off, after a long morning run, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in bed — the perfect way to start the day.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent location, room superb, everything thought of by Mark & Richard and Mark was full of recommendations for restaurants and where to go and eat, a great host.
The whole place is in superb order, even a complementary glass of port offered for the weary traveller, spot on, a must unexpected bonus.
