Great location for concert attending at the Royal Albert Hall. Westfield shopping centre across the road. Great transport links into central London.

Good hotel for the money. Excellent staff,friendly people,very helpful. Recommend this hotel highly.

Great location, appointed sufficiently well.

The hotel is ideally situated if you are visiting Westfield shopping centre, a quick five minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay.

Nice hotel and clean but somewhat small rooms and lacking some amenities. The hotel room was good but seemed to be limited with temperature controls and also didn’t have an in room coffee maker (there was a kettle and coffee bags though). We had one day that didn’t have hot water and the room couldn’t get warm enough even with the heat all the way up. The tub was narrow and you had to stand on a curved surface which would be challenging for some guests with mobility concerns. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is nice and posh but requires a good amount of walking to get to restaurants or metro. Kensington Palace and Garden was close enough to walk to on a nice day.

Small gym, but okay. Dated decor but generally clean.

Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price.

Menu was great with meal selection considering cuisines from other culture. My one time unpleasant experience was during breakfast when a staff gave my table to another patron while I went back to the food area, I left the red notice on my table that it was taken. I told the staff that I was’t finish yet and that was my table. The staff simply gave me another seat with no apologies for giving away my table and inconvenience.

Breakfast selection was good variety but wasn't tasty - egg, sausage, bacon. Also, bacon was too dry and burnt. There was some mould above the shower. Good location - walking distance to tube and Westfield. Good size rooms. Lovely but dated Hotel - stayed here last in 2003!

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The gym facilities are not great and open to locals which lead to one of our party being harassed by a man in the gym - this was reported and the management said they would put more security on however the gym should be safe. Rooms were ok. Chair was ripped and could do with replacing and the fact we were woken by the next door neighbour using the toilet wasn't pleasant (walls are obviously rather thin). The shower curtain also led to most of the bathroom floor being extremely slippery. Breakfast was cold and unpleasant - appeared to be cheap mass produced products. Gluten free toaster was not clearly labelled, possibly put the gluten free bread next to the toaster it should be used in to save cross-contamination. Possibly wouldn't chose to stay in the hotel again but bed were comfortable for one night.

Rooms were adequate but tired and the sink was blocked but nice bar, friendly staff and great breakfast
