Stayed here with my family and the staff were really lovely. Found earrings in our room a previous guest which we took back to reception and a card also on our side table and rooms are quite dated rooms and very stuffy because of the very warm weather When we asked for fans they bought them up straight away to help cool us down. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and bar and again, staff very nice. Nothing was too much. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was lovely. Booked for the Albert Hall but was a bit too far when walking, considering on the map.it say 15 minutes.

The hotel was fantastic but the staff were out of this world.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Xenia. Great location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, and a clean and lovely room. We have already recommended it to some friends who are planning a London trip for later this year! We were there for eight days and they generously accommodated an early check-in, helped us move rooms easily when we realized we needed more space, and even helped re-route a package that we had previously scheduled. It's very close to Earl's Court station and walking distance to so many wonderful neighbourhoods.

Exceptional service, checked in early. Room was perfect. Complimentary coffee upon arrival. Will be returning.

Small but very comfortable and nicely decorated room, with well received extras (l'occitane toiletries, Nespresso machine, complimentary hot drinks brought to room on arrival). Lovely and very helpful staff. Very well located within just a few minutes walk of both Gloucester Rd and Earls Court tube stations, and lots of restaurants

The Hotel Xenia was able to accommodate me last minute when another hotel had some cleanliness issues. I'm SO glad I made the switch. I stayed for a week at Hotel Xenia, and the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and the tube. I also loved being able to walk and run through Kensington Gardens with ease. Make sure to take advantage of the breakfast attached to the hotel! Some of the best baked goods I had on my trip.

The advert for this hotel is misleading It says there is an indoor pool However it is the use of David Lloyd gym 5 mins walk There is no bath either which I always ask for The pool is the main reason I booked this hotel

The welcome my wife and I received when we arrived at the hotel for check-in was amazing, something like I’ve never experienced before. So friendly and all staff couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary coffee was brought to our room by a lovely guy called Lit. Additional milk was delivered to our room within seconds. Thoroughly recommend this hotel mainly for its service, but also for its location.

Earls Court is not very convenient for dining and to walk around during the evening. I booked this hotel because a friend referred me to it.

A quality experience all round - the room was small but comfortable, hotel decor stylish, vibe excellent - but it was the staff team (incl but not only Arya and Maya) who made this a memorable stay. Frankly, in London these days, you do not expect such genuine warmth of welcome and care at any hotel. Well done team!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Hotel Xenia. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.
