I don't recommend it for those of you who bring elderly and big luggage. The elevator was very small, and we had to take turns using it, even after that we still had to use the stairs to get to our room.

We came to this hotel 3 days earlier to leave our luggages as we were going to other city and didnot want to bring all luggages. The receptionists were very kind and helpful in handling our luggages. We just stayed here for one night and had a pleasant stay. The room is small - as typical hotel rooms in London, but comfortable. The bathroom heating was not hot enough, so during winter, it got so cold after taking shower. Lift was relatively small, but it's a plus to have lift - as many hotels with similar prices don't have lift. Breakfast are Ok. Location is good, very near to train station and bus stop.

Great location and great service in london, close to the museum of natural history and Gloucester station , 10 minute walking to the park. Great bathrooms, and comfy bed , free wifi and helpful hotel staff.

Great price and great bathrooms, nice hotel for short trip and long trips, easy access to mass transport and great restaurants around Kensington and Gloucester st. There is indian cuisine at the hotel lobby.

We stayed at 8 nights, clean, near supermarket, near the train station and bus station, spacious comfortable, unfriendly male staff. Plus, children under 11 are free. recommend this hotel
