The hotel is close to everything, and transportation is very easy, as it's very close to Greenwich Station. Many interesting places are also within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and pleasant.

Stayed in executive room with family. was great location, bar and restaurant were lovely with really good breakfast, Only issue is the sofa bed for my daughter had a terrible mattress that was so thin and lumpy it was difficult to sleep on as felt like springs poking out

We stayed at other Novotel hotels which were good . This one was just not great. Fold out bed was so horrible and their ac didn’t work properly. So it was kinda hot. Actually they don’t have ac at the property it’s room cooler so maybe that’s why it wasn’t cooling effectively. The lobby was very cute. They workers weren’t as helpful

There are no room phones so you have to go to reception for everything. There was no bath form. Only delivered when we went to ask at reception. Bath tub broken tapes No room service. 2 shampoos in shower no shower gel. Old TVs no streaming channels. Absolutely dissatisfied.

The property is in a good location for our needs and was a pleasant enough place to stay for a few nights while we attended a wedding nearby. It was not exceptional however and you have to ask about parking as none is apparent.

Honestly great hotel and great location with such a lovely atmosphere about the place! We were lucky to get an early check in as we had been travelling from 3am an the lovely girl at reception could see how exhausted my little girl was.... that alone gave the hotel 10 stars in my eyes it meant so much 2 us. We will definitely look forward to returning to this hotel. Thank u for a great stay

Hotel is situated at very good location. Right next to Greenwich station. You can take trains and DLR for easy access. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the room cleaning. They don’t clean it well. They also don’t check if the shower gel is finishing and they have refill it. They have to improve on that but except that it’s value for money.

Two night stay was ok… Reception stuff either rude and disconnected or others better. Housekeeping didn’t turn up despite asking for room to be cleaned. They are incentivising you with a drinks voucher not clean rooms.

Check in was swift and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was that the hand soap was empty, there was a large stain on the carpet and the air conditioning didn’t seem to adjust and the room was very warm. Breakfast was very good and checkout easy.
