Easy access, located in city centre, close to tourist destination London Tower Bridge, very close to Tube Station, clean, good breakfast, friendly front officer. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Great service. Great problem solving. Good food. Room was great other than it’s a glass wall between the bedroom and washroom so at night the washroom light lit up the bedroom waking my spouse. But all made better by the close by London Tower Castle & Bridge! Walkable eats & drinks. Great spot.

Location was unbeatable. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Coffee was top notch. Dislikes- only one restaurant on site, room service was iffy- one order was cancelled because “no one was working the kitchen” when we only ordered a slice of cheesecake. Also, we gave a lot of money to the hotel across the street because there was no snack bar in the hotel. That money could have stayed with Novotel.

Novotel was great all around!! Located in a very walkable area, right near the Underground entrance and so close to the double decker bus tour stops. Only issue was the bed was very hard, other than that it was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great at the in-house restaurant Keepers. We must’ve had the Keepers Wings every night haha we would definitely come back in the future.

I LOVED that there was a Brita filter water station by the lift. Soooo convenient as other hotels did not offer this in Paris

The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price
