Lovely bed and breakfast in stunning surroundings. Angela couldn't do enough and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend it. If you are relying on public transport do your research due to the remote location but well worth the travel. Wish I had booked for longer.

Absolutely brilliant!! The room was lovely, everything in it you could want and more. Very generous with toiletries and refreshments. I had a perfect nights sleep! There is also a lovely garden you can use and enjoy. Staff were very relaxed, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was faultless, generous servings, everything on the menu you could want, hot and beautifully cooked. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with a choice of toast. This was served with both hot and cold beverages. The cafe has a lovely rustic feel, it was very busy, but still relaxed. Location - a great place to stop when travelling to/from Scotland. There is also a very nice pub opposite for evening dinner, which was also great. I would definitely stay here again, Thankyou to the staff, they obviously work super hard.

Only one night on this occasion which is way too short for the facilities and comfort offered by this peaceful location in the middle of Northumberland. Assured of a warm welcome from the hosts who are onsite. Licensed cafe serves food and a local pub is nearby. We will be using this for future visits to the area without any shadow of doubt
