Point A London Shoreditch

The room was perfect. For guests who are used to AC happy to report our room was cool and comfortable. We didn’t eat in the hotel because there is the cutest most casual place selling breakfast just across the street.

Great location Air conditioning was a plus.

Not much room to move or open your bag so glad I paid for window otherwise would have been extremely claustrophobic! Room has the basics (bed and bathroom, foldout table -not really possible for workdesk, no coffee/tea making ability), but the room and hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and filling to start day (only time tea/coffee avail without paying extra), wifi reliable, glad for A/C during heatwave and location was great to get to tube and cute food market. Check-in was ok digitally self-serve but had to pay to store bag for few hours on check-out. Good base for a work trip and to go out and about if you’re not spending too much time in room itself.

Cheaper than Premier Inn.. small but perfect for 1 night. All new, all clean.

The front desk staff was unreliable and unprofessional. Upon checking out we wanted to get breakfast and had asked the staff if we can leave the luggages with them. They immediately asked to pay 3pounds per luggage. We had 4luggages and 2 paper bags. We were charged 12 pounds altogether. The staff did not issue a receipt for it and gave us the luggage tags to store them. We were puzzled by the fact that we were charged for the bags. And had asked another male colleague Urgay to clarify the charges. He had spoken to us in a very rude manner and told us that we should have asked for receipt (this happens within 5minutes after payment) he also told us that we should have asked first before storing the luggage. First of all, we didn’t appreciate how condescending and rude he was and how he had spoken to us like as if we were criminals. Secondly, the staff had her due diligence to inform us that the charges was for a full day storage and she could have just asked how long we need to store it for. Instead the male staff insisted that it was our job to ask. We are the guest and you are running the hotel. You should be the one giving us that information. The male staff was very rude infront of other patrons and had told us that he would process the refund when we get back from grabbing coffee. When we came back after 20mins he told us that he cannot do the refund because we have 6 luggages ( he included that paper bags as well) this time he was raising his voice and the front desk.

Honestly this stay was better than some of the 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. Big room that is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean rooms, good location, helpful staff. Breakfast is a bit sparse.

Don’t get a room that is on the Paul St side, noise from insensitive people till gone 1.00am stood outside front of hotel playing music and talking unbelievable, Had to go down to reception and get them to shut up, then through the night refuse trucks picking up rubbish, street sweepers up and down. Insist on a room out the back !

The property was clean and safe and in a great location.

Ideal for a short stay. The room was small but clean and air conditioned. The staff were very helpful and breakfast a fairly good continental one.

Easy and quick check-in. Arrived before check in available but able to store bag for £3 (all in not per item). Room was very clean and fresh it was small and compact but well utilised and bathroom great too. Plenty of storage. We opted for a window room and glad as let in good light, black out curtain helped for the light in morning. Air con good. Breakfast was fab, continental with plenty of choice from cereal to sweet and savory pastries, spreads and fruit choices. Busy hotel limited noise, lift and stairs to access floors, 10 min walk to main Liverpool station and short walk to subway (northern line). Lots of shops/restaurants around too. Very impressed and would recommend and return.

I love the clean efficiency of the hotel. Check-in was super easy. I liked the ability to store my luggage before and after check-out for cheap so I could go about my day and not worry about dragging my things unnecessarily with me. Having air conditioning was lovely. I appreciated having the lights and things super accessible on panels by the door and by the bed. Room was super comfortable.

The room was very clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Ideal location. Close to transport links. Didn't have breakfast but looked good. Also a cafe across the road which is good. Quiet rooms. Excellent for a quick London trip

One of the staff members at the front desk was incredibly rude, however the rest of the staff were lovely!

Clean and modern hotel . Very helpful staff , forgot one of my airpod in the room and they kindly send it back to me .

Fab location, lovely airy and cool communal areas, easy checkin. Room a little small, but twin beds very comfy and room was quiet. Found the room controls a bit frustrating and never found out what one of them did! En suite very small but functional and clean. Would definitely stay again and try and work out what the controls do! Would also have welcomed a kettle and tea/coffee and/or a bottle of water.
