When I booked it was a Radisson Blu but it’s now called the Majestic Hotel, nobody had informed me, so there was a bit of confusion when the uber dropped me there. The hotel itself is excellent, great location, very nice rooms, good selection at breakfast and the air conditioning was a godsend on a very hot weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again next time I’m in Bristol.

Booked Raddison Blu hotel as a treat . After searching for an hour he finally discovered it had been sold and is now owed by Majestic ! This hotel Isn’t the standard of a Raddison Blu hotel. Everything is tired looking . Upon check in I explained I was gluten free and vegatarian to pre warn then for breakfast . Waste of time as no veggie sausages and no gluten free cereal, bread etc. would Never stay there again as premier inn has far more to offer than this hotel

No longer a rad blu which was confusing to start with. Easy check in, helpful staff and clean cool reception area. Room was clean and tidy however would benefit from better lighting in the room and sockets closer to the bed. Breakfast in the morning was varied and tasty with a choice of hot or cold food. Perfect for what we needed and the free WiFi was a bonus

The former Radisson Blue in Bristol, now operating as the Majestic Hotel, is incredibly run down and desperately needs a major revamp. The entire property feels completely worn and torn and tired, showing a severe lack of proper maintenance and care. From the faded decor to the general lack of upkeep, it has lost all its former quality and requires a significant refurbishment. Other guests have similarly noted that the bedrooms are particularly tired and look grubby in places, lacking basic modern updates like bedside USB ports and plug sockets near beside. The bathroom however is okay, but it does not make up for the rest of the highly disappointing experience.

This hotel is no longer called the Radisson blue, its now the Majestic Hotel, think its been taken ocer by new company, Expedia didnt tell us and poor staff had to re add and ensure booking was on there as we booked in Nov. Was worried our room kight not exist. Room was spacious but in need of modernisation, ie no plug sockets or USB by beds, design etc starting to show its age, bed was comfy. Didn't pay extra for breakfast so cant comment on that or other facilities. Great location for centre of bristol and staff helpful, Expedia or whoever owns booking for the hotel on this site should update and let anyone booked with the old details know of the change.

Surprised to find on arrival that this is no longer a Raddison hotel. It is now owned by Majestic. Not much has changed since our last stay and the booking was ok but I am surprised the hotel or Expedia did not let us know. The breakfast was quite basic.

2/5 — Not in a hurry to return The room itself was fine — clean, a decent size, no complaints there. But it’s clearly overdue a refurbishment; it all felt a bit tired and dated. The real disappointment was breakfast. For what you’d expect from a hotel of this price, it simply wasn’t good enough. The hot food selection was baffling — sweet potatoes made an appearance, but basics like fried eggs and hash browns were nowhere to be seen. Worse still, what little was out had clearly been sitting there for some time and was barely lukewarm. There’s really no excuse for that. The room saves it from a one-star, but the breakfast alone would put most people off returning. It wouldn’t put me off staying in the area again — just not here.

The room was spotless, clean and spacious. Very disappointed that the fridge was removed Staff were superb. It’s a shame there are no plug sockets closer to the bed but that’s trivial. I would recommend to reserve parking under the hotel which is very secure as spaces are limited

Great location but the hotel was tired and despite booking a family room we had to speak to reception a number of times to make the sofa bed and bring towels for everyone. Staff were very attentive but the hotel has seen better days. Definately not a 4 star standard on my opinion.

The room was conformable, spacious and clean. We spent 3 nights during Christmas. The only downside was no housekeeper during our stay. Wish I were informed about it during the booking process.
