We were a bit disappointed in the facility cleanliness and overall condition. There was a nasty stain on the bedsheets, the door to one of the bedrooms couldn’t be closed because the bed was in the way, and furniture was cheap and unappealing. It had a dorm-room feel. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and they allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early.

Nice stay here but building site next door and windows not very sound proof. Limited cooking facilities as the frying pan was tiny. Would stay at rooomz again but not this location. Too noisy.

Nice room. Shower was really good and the bed was comfy. Well stocked kitchen, utensils and pans etc.
Only downside is there was no butter available for croissants in the morning.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Gave us the space we required to meet up with family which was the reason for choosing this particular accommodation. No parking. Received 30% discount at Qpark nearby but need to prebook. Building work was taking place at the back of our apartment so expect lots of noise from 8am. The double glazed windows don’t appear to cut down on the noise. There was only a choice of vegan croissants for breakfast by the time we went to collect ours at 9am

My stay at Roomzzz Leeds was fantastic. The room was perfect, comfortable and handy for the city centre. Above all was the customer service. Phoenix and Jatinder were absolutely excellent and should be well praised for their friendly service and professionalism
