Stayed in suite with 1 bedroom. Modern, clean, pleasant and comfortable building and furnishings. Helpful staff. Excellent location close to docks and a nearby Tesco Express. Breakfast could be slightly better with more cooked options and nicer bread. Parking unnecessarily expensive.

Room was clean. Breakfast was generally ok, but some of the items were cold or not available all the time. Priya, in the breakfast room was very helpful, very professional and very pleasant. The cost of parking was extortionate, over £75 for three nights!!!

Rooms are generously sized and have a kitchenette - I didn't use this but can see it being very helpful for a family. I had an accessible room but didn't actually need it, the bathroom was very big. Shower nice but the tiles were a bit ugly and seemed dirty - I think due to their style. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was almost undrinkable it was so bad and there is no real eggs. Pastries were stale and dry. I just had a piece of fruit on the second day as I didn't really fancy it.

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are lovely, kitchens are well equipped, and breakfast is very nice. Everyone working there was friendly and polite.

Loved our stay here. Super comfy & quiet room. Location was perfect - next to the Albert Dock.The staff were super friendly and engaging. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's bright and modern, and it offers lots of amenities, including free coffee 24/7. The staff is very friendly, the property is clean, and it's very conveniently located next to the convention center, dining options, and local attractions.

Friendly helpful staff to check in, car park was full but nearby multi story was close by and can drop your bags off before parking. Room was clean and spacious and had great amenities. Would definitely visit again! Right next to the arena too for a show :) breakfast was included too and was a solid selection.

Conveniently located just steps from the M&S Arena and the Wheel of Liverpool in the heart of the trendy docks, Staybridge Suites offers easy access to a variety of museums, shops, and restaurants as well as close proximity to meeting points for several tour buses. Our room was a well appointed space that included a small kitchen, complete with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a small dining table with two chairs. The bed was comfortable, however the mattress sunk in places. The room was also equipped with a TV and a swivel chair -that can use some reupholstery, next to the window. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast; I was impressed by all the hot and cold options: eggs, beans, ham, and sausages; bagels, pastries, and cereals; fresh fruit as well as fresh cut veggies and avocados. There was an option for everyone. They have a small gym with a stationary bicycle, a treadmill and other standard gym equipment. They also offer laundry services for extra charge, but we did not use it. Overall, I really liked this hotel for its location, the breakfast, and the amenities. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Towels and soap, shampoo etc included. Great kitchen with dishwasher. Tea towel and washing up liquid sponges provided. Large TV comfortable armchair. Staff very helpful. We were in the accessible room and accidently triggered the alarm. The response from staff was excellent making sure we were ok. Very reassuring had we be in need of assistance. Breakfast great cooked and continental choices.

Location was perfect with a rear exit literally opposite the ACC. The room was spacious with everything necessary for self catering. The bathroom was similarly spacious. The wardrobe was big with coat hangers, and iron and board, and a working safe. Everything was very clean. Breakfast has plenty of choices although the coffee was - for me - awful. The few downsides - my window overlooked a roof so there was little natural light and the overhead bedroom light was quite dim, so the room felt a bit gloomy at times. The notice board in the room advised that there would be light housekeeping daily but my room was not visited during my four night stay. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Hearty breakfast served daily. Liked having our own kitchenette to cook meals...basic but all you need! Staff delightful and friendly, we were checked in early which was a great help. Would recommend. Entrance was initially a bit hard to find. Location great...lovely and quiet. Close walking distance into city and train. Close to a great bakery too !!(Rough Handmade)

The hotel was in a lovely location. The rooms have a fridge and basic cooking facilities. Great for walking to a lot of places. Parking at hotel was expensive but other parking in the area was about the same. The hotel parking was very secure and at hotel. Breakfast was really good variety of hot and cold foods. Staff were very polite & friendly
