I loved it here! You couldn’t ask for nicer people. Helpful, personable, and friendly staff. The beds I am going to miss, best beds ever! I loved my stay. Close to the bus station and train station. I walked to both every day I was there. Anything I needed, even when it was out of the realm of their service, they helped me with. Brilliant staff!

Great place for transit from Heathrow. 20 minutes and 3 pounds gets you there on Bus 8. Serene setting on the Thames.

What a brilliant hotel, good location, reasonable price, clean, great service, the lady on reception was really friendly and helpful from the moment I got there, would definitely go back.

Most disappointing. Booked as a Mercure hotel and expected Mercure standard. Air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, both taps in the hand basin malfunctioned Paid for a double bed and were given two singles. Difficult to plug the kettle in with PowerPoint arrangement and no fridge, even though there was the space for it.

Restaurant was fab, food and drink was hreat. No lift to floors. Its no longer a Mecure hotel and also doesn't say 'Sunday' hotel outside.
Room was comfortable but with an overpowering smell of damp which transferred to ny clothes. Due to this i wouldn't choose to stay here again

It’s Decisive Deceiving. Expedia sells it as “Sunday London Stains Upon Themes”, It’s Actually “ THEMES LODGE “.
Expedia Cheat Me Showing its 3 star Hotel with 8/10 Rating.
It’s Not even 2 Star Property.
This Property have “NO LIFT” & Expedia Not showing this on “ First Page”.
It’s a 40 - 45 year Old Lodge that have Regular “No Water” Issue at Many Rooms & Hotel Staff keep Asking U to “PLEASE ADJUST” . Lodge staff ask U to Sleep in One Room & For Shower come to Reception & Receptionist Open Another Room for “YOUR SHOWER”. And for Shower U are in Queue Because they have many guests to Accommodate.
It’s Like Hostel or Dormitory system.
This Lodge & Expedia Cheat Me together.

I checked in late and had to wait a long time for the staff to check my room before I could check-in. The toilet was blocked, the water in the shower was cold and the door lock didnt operate properly. I would NOT recommend staying here.

We only stayed one quick night, to be near the airport. The hotel location was lovely, on the water. The patio looked quaint, wish we could have arrived sooner. It was near a train that could have been a problem but we turned on white noise from our phones to drown it out.

The staff were lovely. The public areas were clean and looked nice.
The room was a different story.
The bed, bed linen and towels were clean. However, one of the sockets had blown and had not been replaced.
The bathroom shower curtain rail and shower head were rusty.
The bathroom bin had not been emptied, neither had the bin been cleaned.
The bathroom mirror was murky.
There were pubic hairs on and under the toilet seat.
The toilet seat and soap dish were broken.
The room was overlooking the car park and not having air conditioning the window had to be kept open. The room was noisy and the occupant was unable to sleep due to the noise.

The property itself was really nice and location was good as it is right next to the shopping centre which has everything. There is also a nice little walk you can do by the thames river. However you do have to pay for parking which I think should be included in the price. It is £10 per day.
