2 night stay in family room. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee. Comfortable bed. Friendly owners. Easy check in, check out. Right near the sea front. Easy walk from train station. Perfect!

Lynne and steve were very friendly and helpful they provide an excellent service without being intrusive. The food was excellent always hot and plentiful. They could not do enough for your comfort. Will definitely be going back

We received an amazingly warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was perfect and the location amazing. The quality of the en-suite was fab and it was the little things like lots of power points, great WiFi even our Teenage Boys thought it was perfect. We even had a personalised welcome sign in our room and home made pieces of fudge with a thank you for staying note attached. Sometimes it those little things that make a massive difference. A big thank you to Kirsty for making us feel at home
