I absolutely loved my stay at Lady Hamilton! I was in town for the historic dockyard and was thrilled to find a room in a historic pub! They were were helpful with my check in time (which was out of normal hours due to a delayed flight etc etc). The room was very spacious and The bed was comfortable. Even better my room had a view of the HMS Warrior! You’re also very close to many great pubs and a short walk from the main dining/shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting - especially if you’re here for the history. It really puts you right into the historic naval world and you couldn’t be closer to all the main attractions!

Good room for the money. The pub below is great fun. Interesting locals and excellent bar staff. Probably not everybody's cup of tea but we loved it. Karaoke night is a blast.

Wasn’t the cleanest room however the breakfast included & facilities were good, staff in the Keppels head were great. Parking was a bit of a struggle as it’s street parking only & a permit is required (£5 per 24 hours). Was what we needed for a short stay

Perfectly acceptable and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. Shower wasn’t brilliant and the room was a little tired. Very friendly staff and pleasant traditional bar downstairs. Breakfast in the sister hotel next door was very good.

I stayed in the Keppells Head. Staff very friendly and willing to go out of their way. I had a room at the back of the hotel and no view. Also quite noisy, but to be expected being opposite the train station and near a busy pub. Lovely breakfast. A good stay overall and to be recommended.

Clean and quiet at back of pub and ground floor room accommodated my daughter’s disability. BUT, you need some hooks on back of bathroom door and a towel ring or similar. And the shower temperature was not consistent- far too hot or too cool.

Cannot recommend. Only a shower in the room. No toilet! You have to check in at the Kepple Hotel a few doors away(in the rain) Given 3 keys, 1 for the front door, 1 for the next internal door and 1 for the actual room. No lift.. The breakfast, which was in the Kepple Hotel. We had the full English and l can honestly say, it's the worst we have ever had. It was inedible disgusting and so disappointing.
