The Three Swans Hotel, Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Lovely place to stay convenient in the centre of town great facilities

M Harborough is a lovely town with good pubs, and good food. Very safe. The Three Swans is central v friendly staff. Great place to come for a weekend away.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is the third time we’ve stayed here on our annual visit. I would recommend a very highly the larger rooms like 87 are better

Great place. Friendly and well positioned. The church clock does chime every 15 minutes from 6:00am although it would depend on the room location as to how loud that is.

We had a small room which had a mildew smell. We booked four days by accident and we told the staff on day one we need to stay only 3 days. The first reception staff we spoke to said that’s fine, just have Expedia call us and we will issue a refund. Each day I was speaking to an Expedia employee and they tried calling to speak to one of the hotel staff. No answer, no answer, etc. on the day of checkout I spoke to the very unkind reception “supervisor” who informed me that Expedia did not try to call. I told her that I was live with them when they tried calling. She said oh well and wouldn’t give a refund. Restaurant staff half were great, food was good. A couple of staff were annoyed that we didn’t want to participate in the more expensive buffet style hotel guest breakfast and just wanted a light bite and some coffee. The restaurant was empty but that meant they had to take care of us instead of sending us off upstairs. The room next to us had a all night party going on and after attempts to call the front desk with no answer ( now I know why they didn’t answer Expedia's call) the group finally settled at around 2am. We did get our clothes laundered and they only gave us half. Had to realize later we were missing a bunch. Overall I would suggest not staying here, however options are very limited so that’s my guess why they feel they can treat you so poorly.

I was given room at front, overlooking high street - very noisy at night. Overpriced for what is was, decor a bit tired.

First visit to Market Harborough and this hotel is perfectly situated in the centre. Ate at the restaurant and food and service was excellent.

Avoid the single toom at all costs as it was not up to scratch. Other rooms are good. No vegetarian alternatives to sausages available. Otherwise breakfast was good. Staff helpful.

What an incredible property, the room was fabulous, the bathroom lovely, toiletries the best I’ve had and the public areas were just “wow”

A superb two night stay for a wedding at this excellent hotel, wonderful friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.

I didn’t sleep well. The Bed was too hard for me & the pillows were flat & hard too. The Breakfast waitress was not very friendly. First thing she did before seating us was to check her watch. It was just 0910 but we felt uncomfortable & rushed. The minute we had served ourselves hot food it was taken away, so no chance of seconds had we wanted it.

Great location in centre of Market Harborough. Comfortable, warm, clean bedroom. Nice meal in restaurant in evening and good breakfast in morning, would return again and use as base for visiting family.

We we loved are staying our grandkids especially shout out to mark the barman that help our grandson contact to his switch the staff were so friendly

Very average, but worn room. Made welcome enough at check in, but saw almost no other staff during our stay. Bar service was slow, ended up eating outside of the hotel. Did I mention the room was very average at best. Mattress was soft and of uncertain quality in my estimation.
