The Windmill

simple, clean rooms above a pub (that was closed). we had the triple room, with 3 comfy single beds, a kettle and en-suite. We used the pub across the road for breakfast. 10 minute walk from Cricklewood station.

Hotel was basic, lady who greeted us was lovely, very friendly and helpful - check in was easy and hassle free - hotel was basic but clean, room was a good size with high ceilings - bed wasn’t very comfortable could do with new mattress. shame the bathroom smelt damp and mouldy, we opted not to use the shower facilities. Location is excellent and easy for bus and underground links.

Just back from staying here & it was a basic hotel but clean & comfortable we choose this hotel for the close proximity’s to Wembley which we were going to for a concert but easy access into central London too it’s a no frills hotel but a nice base & the women who checked us in was lovely & helpful, the bar was closed as new owners taking over but there’s a Wetherspoons across the road

Very clean , fan and tea making facilities. Good WIFI and private off road parking a definite bonus. Host very friendly and helpful. Great price. Would stay again

The receptionist was lovely. Very clean but a few repairs want doing. Not much choice of a meal. Overall a lovely time was had

We stayed 1 night (Saturday) in a room with twin beds. The room itself was an ok size. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the toilet and shower were on a step, which was a bit awkward (particularly in the night!). There was a lot of noise from the pub downstairs, even with the fan blasting it was difficult to sleep. We wanted to leave our bags for the day but couldn't as the hotel reception closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so we ended up having to pay to leave our bags elsewhere, which wasn't ideal. It was a good location in terms of us accessing the tube to/from Wembley, but i'd not choose to stay here again.

I didn't like being on top floor with no lift.

Myself and my 2 daughters stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium which is about a 20 mins drive away we didn’t need to worry about getting back late as they give you a code to get in and there is on site parking also a code to use it was convenient we would stay here again

Simple, no frills lodge.

Lovely stay. Easy check in

This, to us, was amazing. Staff were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The property has an enclosed car park locked with a numeric padlock to which you are given the code. There is also a key safe outside your room so you don’t have to take the room key away with you. The room was so clean with a small shower room. No food is prepared here but you are literally opposite a Wetherspoons for food at anytime of day.

Hotel was basic but good value for London. Shower OK. Room and bathroom cleaned every day. Tea bags and milk tubs added daily. Towels changed 3 days out of 4. TV useless. Needs about 30 minutes to warm up and limited channel choice.

Had arranged car parking prior to arrival... No arrival details sent and no reply to 10 phone calls to the hotel.. Ended up parking on side road and walking to hotel... No one on reception but guy in bar next door assisted me in checking in. Room tiny, noisy as over main road, shower cubicle tiny and unable to turn on cold water so ended up getting scalded Overall shocking experience

Value for money

Excellent value for money. Cosy room with a nice comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants in the area to grab a bite. The on-site parking was a bonus.

Horrible! Please don’t go there, bug beds anywhere, I need my money back, it was a nightmare stayed there, city of London please closed this place

This property is probably one of the best I've stayed in in London I really enjoy the atmosphere and the general look of the hotel the rooms are always immaculate and almost feel Boutique and very high class fixtures and fittings to make you feel cozy and beyond suite is always fully equipped and clean there's extra glasses cups and always coffee and tea available I cannot felt this face one a little bit and I love it and I'll come back again
