Had a lovely four day break I am disabled and I took my own mobile scooter can get access through back door I would ask staff for measurements the doorif you’re bringing a bigger mobile scooter because mine is quite small the lifts are a good size. I think they do have rooms downstairs but please checkfood was excellent you will not be disappointed lovely location I had a wonderful holiday thank you very much to all this Tiffany staff

Room was clean,tidy and practacle if somewhat dated. However for the price it was fine. Breakfast was good old fry up! Plenty of choice and very edible. Overall, good value for a basic bed and breakfast hotel.

Overall a good stay; great location, fantastic staff, great entertainment, ok food. Down sides - beds not the most comfortable, one of our creaked with ever slight movement; shower cubicle too small for shower fitting - needs to be double the size for a rainfall shower particularly with the types of tap fittings; corridors/bedrooms need a lick of paint; breakfast could do with more choices - little/no fresh fruit, no pastries/pancakes/crumpets, coffee machine & juice machine very muddled up!

Sitting in reception, as couldn’t get a seat in bar, roof was leaking in several places with numerous buckets in place, ceilings damaged and ingress obviously been going on a while, not what you want when your trying to chill. The room was clean and tidy, the entertainment was great, the staff were lovely. However the stairs,lent to oneside and felt a little unsafe. The door had about an inch gap at the bottom and the deco on thefoor we were on needs a fresh coat of paint.

Room 328. Room was clean and tidy except the sea view was spoilt because of dirty windows. Could do with somewhere to hang your coats instead of back of the chair. Coat hooks near door maybe. Toilet/shower a little small but managed. Entertainment was good and staff helpfull. Would go again.

I will start off by saying the staff are so lovely, friendly, very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was okay but really not the best compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Blackpool. I love a good buffet breakfast however the lack of selection on fruits/yogurts and there was no pastries which bought the rating down for me. There was no fresh fruit at all, no apples, bananas, berries and no plain yogurt just a fruit flavoured yogurt available but have no idea what flavour it even was. The entrance of the hotel is passable but the rest of the hotel is very run down especially 3rd/4th floor, the stairs too are very wonky. Now for the main bit which for me is the bedroom, well it was on the small side, very basic. We ordered the Seaview but the window was again small and most of it had condensation so it was hard to see out. The bathroom was tiny, the tv was small and a very old remote that wasn't working properly. I felt this wasn't ideal for my needs being 6 months pregnant and a 3 year old child with me especially for the amount being paid which was around £130 a night. I wouldn't stay again as there is much nicer hotels around for better value and with better pride in looks and maintenence.

Mattress could have been better, the heating was only loop warn and the room was only cool. Toilet roll holder was no use at all and no where to hang towels in the bathroom.
