The best place to stay. Near liverpool one and albert dock. It's cheap, spacious, very clean, warm, and everything was provided. Going to stay again when I go here. Thank you for the services

Really great hotel to be based at for our visit to Liverpool. Lots of bars and restaurants below on the street. We had a room facing on to Castle Street. Hotel extended us to late checkout of 1pm which was fabulous. Air con wasn’t located conveniently in the room, but it didn’t get too warm. We had to get two lifts to our room, which were set apart. Added a bit of fun to get in and out each day (think this may be two original buildings integrated, so the lifts to each floor are separated). No kettle in the room. Overall very happy. Would stay again.

AC was good, beds were decent and plenty of light in the room, however only one window would stay open in our room. Luggage storage should be free and would be nice if there was a toilet in the lobby. Very friendly staff however and the room was clean, very well situated and was a great price!

Great budget hotel right in the center and ideally located. Because it is so central, it doesn't have its own parking lot, but they have a deal with a local car park for a reduced rate. ​The staff were very friendly and welcoming. ​Surprisingly, the rooms had air conditioning, which was fantastic during the recent heatwave. ​My only gripe is the bathroom; the glass door doesn't shut properly and doesn't offer much privacy when you are using the toilet. ​Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing affordable, central accommodation.

Really great hotel to be based at for our visit to Liverpool. Lots of bars and restaurants below on the street. We had a room facing on to Castle Street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was difficult to find as it was in a separate building from the reception. The room was loud as there were bars directly outside the room. The curtain had a burn mark in. The chair was wobbly. The shower door did not shut properly. The tap spurted out water as soon as you turned it on. It was also difficult to access the room as we were told to go through reception on a nighttime but we couldn’t get to that part of the hotel in this way. However the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The worst night sleep I’ve ever had! The bed was so out dated, the shower screen did not work, the room only had 1 plug socket which was not in an accessible location. Would not recommend staying.

Perfect for a short budget stay. Compact and clean. We did have a flickering light above our bed however very just didn’t use it. The shower temperature was warm to hot.. no option to cool down (we were there during the heat wave so a cooler shower would have been great). All in all I was really happy with the room, central location, clean and sufficiently quite for a good night sleep.

For a room only hotel I could not fault it. This hotel is ideally situated for Liverpool city centre wether you are visiting for work or pleasure. The bed was comfy, the air con was a life saver. My shower was slow draining and fixed within 10 minutes. There is plenty of nearby bars, restaurants and shops for food. Would absolutely go back again in the future.

It was a lads trip so we only needed a bed for the night. That being said the shower door was broken and the whole place just looked like it had been put together in a rush and on a budget. Like I say, fine for 4 blokes to get their head down in the centre of town but not a romantic getaway location.
