We were in apartment 1, which faces away from Vauxhall Bridge Road and therefore was quiet. The entrance codes and lift work fine. For two, this is spacious and we felt better than a hotel room. The kitchen is equipped so you could cook meals. We just did coffee and take-aways. And yes there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very helpful management team. Large 3 bed apt & nice to have 2 bathrooms. Good for a family with gown kids or group of 3-4. Close to Victoria station & 2 live Theaters. Easy access to the Underground. Felt a little unsafe @ night with some homeless around the location. (But Ok during the day). Pictures of apt also looked a bit nicer than real life. Apt Was a bit worn and some of the fabric furniture was stained.

In excellent condition; newly refurbished. Clean and comfortable with every modern convenience. An easy stay and a joy to be there. Easy and quick to communicate with the support staff, who were good at their jobs.

Be very careful when looking at the pictures in this listing, they are not the apartments you will be staying in. Our apartment was nothing like what we expected. The property was beyond basic; no iron & ironing board, no Wi-Fi, no hot water 1st day, coffee pods but no coffee machine, no working TV. When we complained nothing was done to fix the problems. The state of the apartment and the building (all owned by Q) is foul. We had to hold our breathes in the lobby next to the loft as bins stored there. Carpets in hallways covered in dirt. The apartment it’s self was filthy, walls had splash marks all over, windows had a smiley face from a previous guest still there. Apartment is listed as having Wi-Fi. It did not we had to connect to a neighbouring apartment - which was weak. No working tv. So hard to contact Q, we had problems initially getting into property as unless you push your palm on the lock there isn’t a key pad to type the code into. Q had no idea how to advise us how to get into property. We had to ask other guests. We sent pictures to Q about the state of the place. They couldn’t have cared less. Their WhatsApp advertises a reply within 5 hours. A week later and still no response. They also require a 500£ deposit which they held for a total of 3 weeks. To sum up. AVOID.

Vi hadde en treroms. Fin leilighet, rent, god beliggenhet, passe i størrelse og hyggelig vaskepersonalet. Eneste minus var at kodelåsen ikke fungerte, så det var litt styr med å komme seg inn, og det var litt klønete med nøkkelen. Men dette er bare pirk. Veldig fint opphold og kan anbefales 😊
