Stayed at adult only Waitui Club and it was wonderful. Excellent staff service, so many extras with canapés and drinks it was worth the upgrade. Pool also was so pleasant and plenty of loungers. Def recommend !

The facilities are excellent. The main draw back is that our room was nearly at the very end of the long wing of the building which meant a long walk and often was not serviced till late in the day. In fact on 2 of the 4 morning we did not get full service at ll.

A fantastic BEACH CLUB for Adults. Perfect getaway from Australia. Staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming and very warm. Room is clean and big enough for a short stay. But we came for the BC and loved it! The beach not really for swimming. But it's only a hop skip & jump to the Port where you go to Island Hopping. Spa Massage was awesome. Hubby had an unfortunate incident with a stingray on the beach but the staff went above & beyond. Special mention to Amanda. She was amazing. Thankyou.

TL;DR: Fantastic family-friendly resort with great service. The resort was a fantastic experience, especially for our family with pre-teen children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds in a separate room — a thoughtful touch for families! The atmosphere around the pool was lively and fun. The poolside events were a huge hit with both the kids and adults — lots of energy and entertainment throughout the day. Although we didn't utilize the kids club, a family we met spoke highly about the service. One of the highlights was dining at Madame So — the food there is absolutely a must-try. The quality and flavors exceeded our expectations. Another big plus is the resort's central location, which made it very convenient for all the island-hopping trips and day excursions.

Food and beverage options are absolutely fantastic. Had some amazing seafood and the breakfast buffet is first class. Facilities are modern and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. We did not want to leave.

Our stay at the hotel for 2 nights was amazing because it came with free breakfast. We enjoyed the kids club for the kids and the pool was the highlight for my kids . Thank you for the baby bed and the room that came with kids double beds that was awesome so thank you Sofitel stuff and team for catering to our needs. Some construction taking place at this time but does not take away from the beauty and the kind attentive staff. Take advantage of the Nadi town tour offered by the hotel. Rafa and Zach were amazing guides!!!!

Absolutely fantastic staff. Hotel is in need of cosmetic repairs here and there but overall amazing. I assume when the extension opens in 2026 this resort will receive some attwntion. But overall it was much better than i expected. We traveled without the children this time and would definitely being them next time. Being by thw port was a huge plus. We stayed in the beach club but inly used it once.

Everyone in Fiji is the best, we met soooo many nice people, I can’t remember them all but from the entrance to the exit every thing and one was awesome. Luke was the first person we met, Florence in the buffet showed us great delicacies. Kahlo is a bar staff that seems us on her off day and remembered my wife and I by name. Until next time BULA!!

Left underwhelmed, for a 5 star resort the service was very slow, and at times I had to follow up basic requests. The food was poor quality for a resort, very limited and lacked quality.

Excellent in every way - service, location, food, facilities, cleanliness. They also provided great tips and suggestions throughout our trip. Best was on my day of check out and flight — they have a Fiji airlines check in counter at the hotel itself that collects baggage, checks you in and give you a boarding pass. So I could spend more time in the hotel and go to airport just enough in advance !
