Swimming are was big and the water massaging things were powerfull enough for adults. Most importantly there was swimming pool bar. It was self service, walk couple steps up and drop your drink and you can sit in the pool and relax. Feel like you are far far away from Finland. Breakfast was also excellent!

I was very satisfied with my stay, unfortunately did not have time to go to spa, but it would have been worth it (only 10 Euro extra). Breakfast was very good, and room huge. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Resort vieillissant pas très bien entretenu. Checking impersonnel et attente. Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais que du salé. Quelques croissants, viennoiseries locales auraient été appréciées.. La propreté est juste. Balcon sale et porte de douche rouillée. Certaines personnes aiment ce genre de resorts énormes avec de nombreuses activités.

Spa access was not included in the price, and we had to pay extra for it. This was very misleading, since this is a spa hotel and I doubt anyone would visit there just for the hotel room and not the spa.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Just some small details missing. The room lacked some basic things like tea, hot chocolate or coffee for those times you spend time there outside service hours. Mind you, there was a water boiler as well as disposable cups, just nothing to use them with.
The spa was nice, but the opening hours fit other activities poorly. For example, there was no change to use the baths there before breakfast and it was a bit of a rush to make it to the restaurant in time to order from the kitchen after the spa closed.

The hotel has a good location near the ski trails and the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, parts of the hotel are in need of an upgrade. The carpet in the rooms was really threadbare and there are lots of old dusty fake/plastic plants throughout the hotel that seemed dated. Also, the hotel lobby is not really conducive to relaxing as it was right near the busy reception area.

Kylpylän houkuttelemana yövyttiin 1 yö matkalla pohjoiseen. Sisäänkirjautumisessa jonotettiin yli tunti ja huoneessa huomattiin, että vuodesohvasta ei ollut tehty petiä eikä kolmatta pyyheparua ollut. Soitto respaan ja 20 min maksullista jonotusta. Piti kävellä respaan hoitamaan asia. Huoneessa kuuma ja tuntui että ilman vaihtoa ei ollut. Kylpylässä aaioita rikki, mutta silti kylpylä tosi kiva. Ympäristön aktiviteettit hyviä. Ilmaista tekemistä leikkipuistojen ja hiekkarannan muodossa lapselle plussaa. Pysäköinti maksullista niin kuin monessa kaupunkin hotellissa.

Chambre vieillissante mais ce qui nous le plus agacé, c’est que la piscine affichée sur la réservation soit payante en plus, ce qui n’est pas mentionné sur la description de l’hôtel.
C’est de la publicité mensongère, autant les tarifs parking ou autre options sont clairement indiqué, là ce fut une désagréable surprise à l’arrivée car en plus ce n’est pas donné (15€/adulte avec un prix pour les résidents de l’hôtel) en famille ça chiffre vite.

Huone oli hyvä, ja hyvässä paikassa ja huoneella oli parveke oli ok. Mutta huone oli erittäin huonosti siivottu ja kylpyhuone ei ollut siivottu ollenkaan. Vessapytty ja suikku oli oikein likaisia ja pyyhkeet ei ollut eikä käsipaperia. Suikkussa ei ollut mitään saippua. Huoneessa ei myöskään ollut mitään info, mitä kuluu olla. Ei ollut niinkun hotellihuone kuullut olla ja mitä mainostetaan. Olimme viettämässä mieheni syntymäpäivä ja olin hyvin pettynyt, ei löytynyt edes juomalaseja. (baarikappi ei löytynyt tai oli tyhjä) ehkä se myöskin kuuluu olla. (sitä ei olisi kyllä käytetty.) Sanoin kyllä sisäänkirjaus yhteydessä että olemme täällä viettämässä mieheni tasa - syntymäpäivä. Siinä oli niin pitkä jono että joudumme odottaa melkein tunti. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällisiä.

Vuodesohva oli kahdesta kohdata rikki, noi 20 cm: n matkalta, oli ollut jo aikansa, reunat rispaantuneet, wc:n poljinroskis oli rikki. Parveke oli likainen, suihku epäsiistin näköinen, käsisuihku lennätti vettä sinnekin, minne ei tarvinnut. Majoitus yllätti hyvässä, vielä enemmän pahassa.
