I booked this hotel cos of it location. It is connected few shopping mall, metro and even the famous Kamppi Church. and tram stop in front hotel that go to old market. The room was great too. Really like this hotel, will stay again if back to Helsinki

Great modern hotel close to Helsinki Central Station. Only about a 5-6 minute walk. Lots of things and dining options around. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was an excellent hotel. The location was cery convenient. Also, it was very clean. The only minor issue was the air conditioner was not too cold.

The location isn’t fantastic, there are better places to stay for similar prices. The majority of staff seemed apathetic and unhappy - it was disheartening considering the price of the hotel to not even get a smile. The lighting situation is horrendous in the rooms, they are so complicated to figure out that a guide has had to be printed and included in the room. The lights and power in my room ceased to work after the first night (lights were stuck on and all PowerPoints were off) and nobody was available to able to come and look until the following day - thankfully I was able to move rooms instead of waiting. The bar is incredibly expensive, as is the wellness/spa area and services provided. Frankly my friends and I, who had paid significant amounts of money to stay at what we thought would be a nice hotel, left disappointed and refused to spend any extra money on additional services (such as breakfast, drinks, etc) and instead spent our money elsewhere. The aesthetic of the rooms is really nice, they are well styled and my room was cleaned well.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and most likely will be back again. Offer to upgrade for 20€/night gave us huge balcony from 7th floor. It was definitely worth the money! On this visit we had some issues with cleaning. One day we left room around 10am with sing in the door handle requesting cleaning. We returned after 3pm and room hadn't been cleaned. In the end we didn't have cleaner visit the room at all. Mens sauna was also had shampoo and body wash containers either empty or broken. These are small things which should be quite easy to fix.
