This hotel is in the perfect place for lots of sight seeing/shopping of the old town of Helsinki. A block from the Senate square and another short block to the waterfront. They offer an absolutely delicious breakfast. Room was clean, quiet and very roomy. Would happily stay here again next time we are in Helsinki.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of major attractions, shopping, and dining. Having a restaurant on-site is also a nice benefit. My only complaint is that the front desk appeared to be understaffed during busy hours. I waited at least 20 minutes to receive my room key. During the check-in process, the agent was repeatedly pulled away to handle other tasks and often became engaged in conversations with colleagues and other guests. What should have been the simplest part of my trip ended up being the most frustrating experience.

Rooms were ok..Breakfast was basic, there was no reindeer, moose or smoked salmon at all, unbelievable when you consider the locals go crazy for it.. Staff were disciplined and not dangerous.. Location was amazing, it was near to all the main attractions..

Great downtown location. for the price was really a nice place. The common areas could use some attention, but the room was more than nice enough for the one night I was there. bathroom and shower were nice, clean and mod design. Oh, and the breakfast that was included was excellent!

The location is good, but getting to the hotel was a struggle. Since it’s not on the main road and there is no luggage service or even trolleys available, we had to drag our bags all the way ourselves. The service and cleanliness were far below 4-star standards. In the first room, the mattress protector was stained and dirty. When I complained, the receptionist said housekeeping had already finished their shift and incredibly suggested that she could just remove the protector and I could sleep directly on the mattress! This was highly unhygienic and unprofessional. After I insisted on a proper solution, we were moved to a superior room. However, this one was prepared for a pet stay; it had a dog welcome kit and bowls left on the bench, and the room had an unpleasant smell. While the receptionist was helpful and removed the items immediately once called, the overall lack of basic hygiene and preparation was very disappointing for a 4-star experience.

Good Property with excellent location and good restaurants around. rooms were spacious and clean. 4 people can comfortably sleep (in a standard room which was given to us). no view from any rooms as they are in the middled surrounded by buildings, that was the only issue. Breakfast buffet was good, but they only gave pre made scramble eggs in the buffet dish. there no options for any type of different eggs, which could have made a complete excellent breakfast. rest all was good. overall were very happy with the stay, though the pricing was a bit high, could be because of New years.
