Best bargain in one month of travels! Clean, well-sized room, very comfortable bed, quiet, surprisingly broad breakfast selections, modest price for everything; definitely would stay again. A minor snag at check-in: if checking in when staff is not on duty, you need a code, but it was not provided through Hotels.com. We were able to get in via an on-site call button, but we had to provide a credit card number and were charged again, after having already paid through Hotels.com. The staff reversed the charge later, but we suggest using the "pay at the property" option.

Use B&B quite often as we travel with a dog . They cater for dogs & only charge 4€extra . Beds are comfortable, parking secure. Breakfast is now really good . B&B is great value for money

First room we were given had broken sink waste, when used, water poured all over the floor, reception told us to put the bin underneath (we thought he was joking and would send someone to repair it seeing as we were not offered an alternative room), after 2nd trip to reception we had to ask for a different room which we were given. The breakfast wasn't great, bread, croissants etc were not fresh - dry and hard but better than nothing.

Hotel is just off the main road to Paris so was really convenient as a place to stop over. The room is basic but that's fine as that's what you pay for. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet so would recommend to anyone passing through.

If your looking for somewhere to sleep while passing through and want cheap , then this place is that.
Rooms and linen smelt of smoke, clearly not many other customers abide by the non smoking rules.

We booked B&B Auxerre (2) as it was conveniently located for an overnight stop on our way South. Expected it to be very basic, maybe a bit tired and rough at the edges. Not so. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Quite plain, but not austere - a bit like a private hospital suite furnished by IKEA. The buffet breakfast was well worth the extra 6.50 Euros. The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive into Auxerre - a lovely city with a stunning cathedral. We can recommend Le Frascati restaurant, right in the centre. Excellent Italian.

Good value for money. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, nice shower/WC, good value breakfast, convenient parking to the front and side of the hotel. We arrived earlier than expected so spent the evening in the centre of Auxerre, that was an easy 15 minute drive each way.

Clean budget hotel. We use bandb a lot as they have rooms for four. Breakfast was sufficient and plenty available. The other bandb Auxerre1 is older so I'd pick number 2. Aircon was needed as temp was in the late thirties.
