Brit Hotel Confort Montauban

Travel stop.. Nothing fancy.

Overall good hotel

Decent size room with good large shower but noisy Aircon had to be turned off to get sleep so room became uncomfortably hot. Stairs to first floor wide but dangerously under lit. Breakfast an hour before end patisseries ran out & no one checking to see if guests ok.

Nice friendly receptionist, glad she could speak English, good advice in where to go for evening meal. Good place to stay with a pet

Booked room arrived before 8 p.m as we were hungry we went into the restaurant ( in the compound )first having clocked the check in screen outside ! At 8.30 ish we proceeded to try and check in and the outside computer had been disconnected .We phoned all the emergency phone numbers . The platform also tried to phone the numbers to no avail. I live in the road and have stayed at this chain often .This one is a disgrace to the brand . Confronted the receptionist the next morning and she played dumb

Good standard of facilities and professional service.

Young lady on reception didn't speak english. Couldn't connect to wifi and she couldn't help. Room smelt awful. Coffee machine broken at breakfast and very limited choices. Kyriad budget was far better. CNN in english but no other uk channels.

We arrived at 2am there was no agent at the desk I don't have network to check my email we have to wait for long to get help from the hotel staf

Although I informed them that we would be arriving after their reception had closed (flight time) as requested and they emailed instructions on how to get in, it all went pear shaped when the machine didn't work! A kind couple let us into the foyer but as we didn't have a 'phone with us, the emergency no was no use. Another gentleman (Spanish, who came downstairs for a cigarette) kindly used his 'phone to contact the number and we eventually learnt how to access our room. Apparently the girl on reception had tried to telephone us about the problem - this was no use as we were in transit. Not a satisfactory outcome considering it was 10:00pm and we were travel weary. We left early at 7:00am having decided not to take breakfast. Would not stay in this type of hotel (with no 24/7 reception) again. Certainly not vfm.

Nice clean room , easy parking and access to motorway and local restuarants

Nous étions seulement de passage, mais avons bien profité de notre soirée. Accueil sympa, chambre très agréable, chambre tres calme Nous recommandons cet hôtel

Chauffage en panne , etat general moyen mais lit confortable et chambre propre Etablissement moyen sauvé par amabilité et gentillesse de la réception

Nous avons passé un bon séjour

A mon entrée, chambre occupée par quelqu'un qui sort de la douche.. Bruit (hurlements)à partir de 1H00 du matin jusqu'à mon depart par des gens qui devaient se battre..sang sur bouton d'ascenseur..et enfin j'ai du attendre que quelqu'un daigne bien m'ouvrir le portail pour partir à 6H30 alors que la réception m'avait dit que ce serait ouvert à 5H00 donc pas besoin de code.....j'ai peut-être pas eu de chance pour ma première et dernière fous dans cet hotel.

Nous étions venus pour une soirée polynésienne, c’était trop bien à proximité. En tous les cas, nous avons bien séjourné. Merci

Vienoiserie seche et pas reaprovisionner Television : impossible de regarder une chaine coupure toute les 2 minutes horrible

Pas de chauffage. Aucun geste commercial !!
