location is excellent. 10 minute to the Eiffel Tower. 5 minutes to the Metro. Room is clean, toilet is shiny clean. Front desk is so friendly. Ibrahim i think is his name, very happy person. I will book again when I go back to Paris!

We had a 2 night stay and our overall experience was pleasant.Rooms were clean.Staff was friendly.Price was reasonable. The best part is its very close to the eiffel tower which is about 14 minutes walk.Rooms are small and washroom is very tiny.however it didnt bother me much since the location was convenient for me.

The place was small, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: 1. Reduced flow of hot water to the bathroom sink so that it would be almost a trickle. Hot water at the sink is necessary and I don't think this is acceptable. 2. The area around the toilet, shower and wall is hardly enough to get into the shower or use the toilet.
