Campanile Salon De Provence

Didn’t know there would be no restaurant for dinner and we weren’t offered breakfast as an extra either. Not what what we been used to when we have used the Campanile chain

Great place at budget price, we barely made it in time for office closing, thanks to the staff we were soon in our room and fast asleep.

The hotel was rather dated and worn. The restaurant was closed but offered a pizza as an alternative. A small glass of beer cost €4.95. too expensive for this establishment

We wanted a hotel within easy reach of Marseilles airport,We stayed for one night and enjoyed an open air breakfast and a good night's sleep....... recommended.

Tired looking hotel bit clean beds and rooms ok. Staff very good and breakfast good.

The room was dated and lacked double glazing however it was warm enough and the beds were comfortable. Everything just looks a little tired and in need of modernisation.

Hotel in the Pelissanne,walking to center of town about 25mins If you don’t want to do that it’s a 5min walk to puck up free shuttle to centre. Once there plenty to see - Chateau de L’Emperi, Savonnerie de Marius Fabre (they really do make the best soap),house of Nostradamus, lovely shops and cafes

The hotel was fine but bring your own pillow. Staff were helpful even with limited English we all understood each other. Location was fine and price was great.

We stopped on the way to the Camargue. The price was good and the facilities were clean and all worked and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately the buildings looked tired and neglected. Good for an overnight stay but not for an extended visit.

Nice, clean and friendly. Some areas starting to look a little shabby. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, reasonable price

An old shabby hotel and definitely not value for money considering I paid 30% less to stay at Campanile Northampton which was 5 star by comparison. Not sure i would 'trust' a Campanile booking again.

It was 'fine' for one night and what we needed. I wouldn't recommend a week there, but for a stopover, it was perfect.

Staff welcoming. Directions to hotel good. Handy overnight stay in route to south. Bedrooms adequate if a little tired.

We booked four nights here based on previous experiences at other Campaniles. While the other Campaniles were on par with Best Western or Comfort Inn this motel was on par with Motel 6. Additionally the bathroom was pretty dirty and the holder for the shower head had been broken for some time so that we couldn't take a shower. I complained about this the first morning. The staff assured me it would be fixed, but did not. I complained the second morning. The staff apologized for not fixing the shower head, but said they would. I told them we wanted a different room. They assured me the shower head would be fixed. It was not. I complained again the 3rd morning. This time it was the hotel manager working the counter. She said that she would personally see to it, but, guess what, no effort was made to even try to fix the shower head. I would not stay here again if it were free.

It was a cheap deal at the weekend and the hotel is very much ok at that price, but there is a lot of competition at their usual rates. Room was allright except for a dirty towel. As usual when you arrive with an expedia booking you have the worst deal and in our case it was a room as far as possible from the reception on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Now i can understand that since we were on a special low rate, but there was only 3 cars parked outside when we arrived just before the closing time at 11.00 pm and the same cars were there in the morning when we left at 7.00 am. Our room was number 38 at the back of the hotel, it was an awful rainy night and the reception was going to close in 15 minutes. When the hotel is absolutely empty i believe the Campanile people should make an effort and the Expedia people explain them one or two things about customer service and keeping the customer happy.

La propreté des chambres est absolument catastrophique. Je n’ai même pas osé poser un pied nu au sol. L’extérieur du bâtiment en disait déjà long sur l’état de propreté générale de l’hôtel. La pelouse à l’arrière du bâtiment est un cendrier géant, les mégots jonchent les pelouse par centaines… Certes le tarif de la chambre était raisonnable, mais l’hygiène et la propreté ne devrait pas être une question de catégorie.

Nous avons étę très déçus de notre séjour de 2 nuits. La literie est bonne à changer. Matelas mou, mal de dos au réveil. Robinetterie défectueuse dans la baignoire. Sort du mur qand on le touche, menace de tomber. Pas de balayette dans les wc et pae de papier toilette, qu’il a fallu réclamer. Heureusement que la réception était encore ouverte. Le store ne ferme pas complètement les rideaux à moitié décrochés. Hôtel viellissant, a besoin d’une bonne rénovation.

A fuire!!! Réservation de 3 chambrespour 1 nuit et heureusement. Salle de bain très ancienne, des traces de moisissures noires. Ménage a peux près mais vu l' état des chambres... Je plaint le personnel. Petit déjeuner catastrophique. Les machines a café et nous ne marchent pas, saucisson noirci probablement réserviste de la veille. Les assiettes étaient toutes sales... Très déçus. Une rénovation pour la fin d' année n'excuse pas tout...
