Staff were kind, warm and courteous. The room was nice and comfortable, with dishes, pots, utensils, basically everything we needed for a one week stay. It was close to everything and then some. The metro was a few steps away, less then a few metres away. Great place to stay while in Paris. Oh and I forgot, we could see the Eiffel Tower from our apartment window!!!

There was no running water during the first night of our stay. During the second and third days, water was leaking from the ceiling in our room. The manager was rude and did not offer any room replacement options or financial compensation for the spoiled stay. In addition, the hotel was undergoing major renovation work, resulting in significant noise and degraded facilities, but there was no notice of this at the time of booking.

Have stayed here 5 times. Probably wont be back? For one thing - i always ask for higher level floor. I was first to checkin - they gave me lower & facing inside. Bed lumpy.. kitchen lacking some items. Bathroom Not in great shape & tub NEVER draimed while taking shower. I didn't complain as I know maintenance in this 70s place is not the best. I only stay because my friends live closeby. Location not the best for tourists or first time visitors. Ok for me visiting my family/friends..i wasn't here exploring Paris. If you are - even if metro is within steps - this isn't for you. But its reasonable..metro close. Attached to shopping center - Carrefour, Market on Weekends. Just ignore the shortcomings if you choose Place d'italie and Chinatown

Our stay was very disappointing. Construction was taking place directly above our room, and the noise started around 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to relax or sleep in. In addition, our room was not cleaned. When we went to the front desk to request fresh towels, instead of having them brought to our room, we were directed to a room with a very small supply of towels and had to get them ourselves. Overall, the noise, lack of housekeeping, and poor customer service made for an unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again

L'hôtel était très bien et propre et calme. L'annonce disait que les chambres étaient climatisées, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de mon séjour. Le personel n'avait pas prévu ouvrir la climatisation à ce moment, mais en pleine vague de chaleur, cela aurait été vraiment important de mettre cela en priorité.

The building is under renovation (I booked several months in advance and did not see that in the listing until it was after my cancellation window) Apparently, I was given a room that was renovated. The furniture was mismatched, the sofa had stains on it, the hallway carpet on entire floor was disgusting. There is no way the unit was renovated other than slapping paint on the walls and new tile on shower walls. It looked NOTHING like the images posted online for the rooms. I had checked in late the first night and was too tired to deal with it. I woke up to jackhammers below my room and the window of the room looked into an atrium of mall that looked like it was in renovation and abandoned halfway through. I brought it up to the front desk that I need to relocate to another hotel and got a blank stare. They said no one was there that could assist but I could email the manager. I emailed that evening and heard back 2 days later after 3 emails. I was not going to let this ruin my vacation, so I booked another hotel for my remaining 3 nights and requested a refund for those 3 nights. Since I only made one complaint and didn't allow them to move me to another room they would not refund my $. I would stay far away from this hotel & location in Paris as it doesn't feel very safe.

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The aircon wasn’t working and when we asked the staff at reception they said it wasn’t working due to not being able to be turned on until 26/05/26 which I don’t understand why. In their amenities it says there’s ac (maybe they should include which months it’s on for) it was over 30 degrees everyday while I was there which made our trip really disappointing. Also there was a terrible off smell on level 7 in the corridor

The room was clean with a view with Eiffel Tower(top). Some staff weren’t well informed about the room we had. We couldn’t use the kitchen for a few days because we didn’t have the right equipment. Supervisor/technician finally came in to fix the problem. There is a mall around the corner with IKEA inside! Metro is across street. Cafes and restaurants are nearby so very convenient area. May be for fitted for a family or well traveled person. It’s not too centralized for Paris and takes about 20-30 minutes train ride to get to all the major attractions.

Staffs are nice, the location is good. However, we’re disappointed that there is a bathtub here but no bath plug. And we took showers one after another, and by the time the fourth person took a shower, there was no hot water! Because of the kids need to sleep, so we didn’t inform them.

Good location and friendly staff. No bathroom fans. As a result some rooms have peeling bathroom paint. I also had a noisy AC. Breakfast room needs more natural light. It and some guest rooms look into a mall atrium. Weird view
