CitizenM is a fabulous place right in the centre of Paris. If you're looking for a traditional hotel, then this isn't the place. The rooms are tiny. The one 'minus' is that if there re two of you staying together, one has to climb over the other to get in to bed!!! Apart from this, it is excellent. The public spaces on the 2nd floor and on the roof are great; the staff are friendly and helpful - would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful and very pleasant stay. The staff I encountered were all pleasant and professional. Very good location.

My only complain was they were fixing the entrance and there was too much things going on, that make look the entrance not good. When i got there there was on ly 1 elevator working after some days they fixed it overall the area is excelent you have everything there. The room is small but for 1 is great. Ypu are near everything you have a metro a few steps out of your hotel. Its new, clean and the staff friendly.

We had an excellent time at the hotel. it was very clean, and the staff was amazing, the hotel is in a great location near shopping, and transportation and within a walkable distance to the Arc of Triumph, the rooms are a bit small but comfy. The only thing was the construction in the building next to us, but it wasn't a big issue, the hotel handled it pretty well. Merci Beaucoup.

Our stay at citizenM was amazing and I don’t think I found anything negative here. Support staff were amazing and morning breakfast and specifically coffee by barista was best .
