Very nice location just walking distance from Gare de Lyon

A very spacious room with a great view ( we had a 16th floor room with a Sacré Coeur view). Better than expected for a central Paris location very close to Gare de Lyon. We ate in the restaurant on arrival (all good), but only had items from the attached Starbucks for breakfast before returning to the station for our onward journey. Premium toiletries and a Nespresso machine are a nice touch in the room.

Great location to Gare de Lyon. Convenient all around.

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. At check-in, the receptionist did not explain how to access the Wi-Fi. After going up to my room, I had to come back down to the front desk and ask another female staff member for help. She was very kind, explained everything, and even entered the Wi-Fi password on my phone for me. Later that night, I needed to work on my laptop and needed the Wi-Fi password again. Since I didn't know it, I called the front desk from the room phone, but the line was full of static. The male staff member told me to come down to the reception, so I had to go downstairs again in the middle of the night just to ask for the laptop Wi-Fi password. Another issue happened at check-in. I had already paid for my room in advance, but because the hotel's computer system was very slow, I almost got charged a second time. Fortunately, the receptionist contacted another manager, who confirmed that the delay was caused by the slow system. I was also told to go to the 6th floor to get drinking water, but it turned out that it was actually available on my own floor. I provided my membership email address during check-in, but I never received any membership email afterward. Finally, although my room had a view of the train station, I could clearly hear noise from drunk people and others on the street throughout the night. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, mainly because of the lack of clear communication, the inconvenience, and the noise.

The hotel was expensive for what you got. Restaurant staff was not so friendly. Water fountain ran out of water often. Sofa bed was so bad springs were coming through. And the sofa mattress was disgusting.

This hotel far exceeds expectations! The location is great and super convenient. It’s great for families with young children. So many food options within walking distance.

The room was clean and new but small. The view was not great even though we paid extra. It is located off the beaten path and take about 20 minutes on a many times overly crowded tram to get to tourist sites. We ate breakfast at cafes and saved money there. The air conditioning worked a little too well and we were often cold. Gym was great.

Room was clean with great air conditioning. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations amongst other things. 2 minute walk to the train station which is very convenient. Lots of restaurants close by and the hop on hop off river boat was only a 10 minutes walk. Would stay here again.
