To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Reception hours are 7:30 AM to noon and 5:30-8 PM Saturday-Sunday, the day before public holidays, and on public holidays.

The property is closed between July 25 and August 24. The following facilities are closed on New Year's Day:
