Good location close to train station and 15 minute walk to the beach. Staff need a lesson in manors , rude and unhelpful

Nice accomodations in Nice. Convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

Overall a decent stay here. Easy to walk to the city and beach. Bathroom doors were kind of wonky and wouldn’t slide properly sometimes.

Great place to stay, good location.

We loved our stay at Paganini, very clean room, and modern spacious bathroom with shower. Cute Small balcony which was so charming to open the door and relax and get fresh air in our room. 3 minutes from the train station. Very convenient to travel to neighboring towns. 15 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants which was lovely walk because there is so much to enjoy as you walk.

Loved the location - supermarket few doors down, boulangerie as well. Within walking distance of Sacred Coeur and Opera area. As well as our apartment was well catered for, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the water fountain too! Kids loved it!

Property was close to the train station. It was very convenient. Close to restaurant and shopping.

Very clean and comfortable. Location was amazing and a few steps from train station.

The staff was not there all the time and the electricity broke down for a while and couldn’t use the room.

If you are traveling to the French Riviera, do yourself a favor and spend the $ for a room that’s befitting the area. This hotel is marginal at best. We were very limited due to the Grand Prix race, but this room was sad. We had a window, but it opened onto a courtyard of sorts that had things piled in front of the window. Very, very basic room. Sliding door to the bathroom, so no privacy for 3 people. Carpet was yuck. Shower got water everywhere, no way to avoid that. No shelf for toiletries, again for 3 people. Towels paper thin. Breakfast pretty lame. A few pieces of fresh fruit. Location was good, very close to train station and close enough to old town to walk. Stay here only if you can’t get anything else.

Good area, room smelled like smoke, floors were load and sink leaked onto the floor which was comprised of broken tiles. Overall what we expected though, 4/5!

It was a great location and the bed were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and was in great distance to the train station and a grocery store. Would come back!

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not great. Upon check-in, we discovered that the air conditioning was broken—something the staff was clearly aware of, as there were standing fans already placed in the room. Unfortunately, these fans did little to help, and the room remained uncomfortably hot and stuffy throughout most of our stay. We were not notified of the issue ahead of time or at check-in, and no alternative accommodations or compensation were offered. The AC was only repaired the night before our departure, which did not help us during the bulk of our stay. In addition to the temperature issue, we found fire ants in the bathroom and even in the bed, where I was bitten several times overnight. This was both unpleasant and concerning from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. On a more positive note, while the staff was not helpful at all in resolving these issues, they were polite. The location is also very convenient—close to the train station and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Overall, I expected much more for the price and based on the online presentation. I hope management takes steps to improve transparency, maintenance, and pest control going forward.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed — including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, The hotel’s location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Only stayed for a night. Clean and comfortable.
