Hotel Saint Sernin

This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center.. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby. I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells.

Excellent location, but rooms very small and bathroom full of ants.

Hotel St. Sernin is a gem. It is located next to St. Sernin church.Beautiful view from our windows. The room is small but worked for us.The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, great communications. Parking is available for a fee and you have to make a reservation. Breakfast was good. We love Toulouse.

Beware do not book a standard room. You stepped side ways around bed , rearranged furniture to get bags in - shower had orange scum and mould . Did not look like photo

Quaint, very pleasant staff, amazing location close walk to Capital square but in quieter, more beautiful street in front of Saint-Sernin basilica. Loved it.

wonderful small hotel on my favorite section of Ile St. Louis. The staff are amazing a very helpful...they even gave us a nice glass of champagne one evening. Delightful way to spend a few days in Paris before heading to our next destination.

The hotel is right in the back of St Sernin's basilica, from our room we saw the bell tower. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful - we had a problem with the wifi and they helped (it is not the strongest wifi, but it worked in the end). We didn't take the breakfast. The area is central and convenient, one block from the boulevards, and near Place du Capitole. One thing is that the tub and sink were in the room, and there was no shower curtain, so taking a shower without dropping lots of water on the floor was a bit tricky.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the heart of Toulouse on foot. We had our morning coffee and croissant every day at the friendly café right next door. Our rooms were cramped but the bathrooms were fine. The desk staff were efficient and friendly.

A long stair before reaching the reception on premiere etage. After that, a small elevator 1-4 etage. The reception was closed at our arrival 5 pm on a saturday, so han to wait 1.5 hour. Very small double room, so we paid extra for a larger one. I recommend to book the most expensive one if you are two persons. Breakfast ok, nice staff. The room was Cold (January), so we got extra blankets. The best with the hotel is its location.

Completely misled my good online reviews; Much below par; Not recommending this hotel to anyone and I will never come back myself for my future trips. - Garbage bin was not empty when first checking into the room - Very problematic cleanliness of the washroom (poo stain on toilet, lots of old/visible water stains on wall, 'no shower curtain' leave the floor wet/messy after shower, noisy vent runs 10+ more minutes after turning off the light) - No cardkey....old metal key system caused lots of inconvenience; key is attached to very heavy, un-portable (1kg-ish) keychain, which automatically led to key drop-off when going-out and re-claim when coming back at the front desk. >>>However, receptionist went for break without early notice and did NOT come back on the scheduled time so my friend had to wait for 30 mins at the front desk with several other guests not knowing when the receptionish would come back. - The 'real bad' comes when requested taxi reservation. Reservation was made 30 mins earlier than my requested time by the hotel's mistake and I had to pay for the driver's 30 mins of wait time. I (gently) asked for some clarification, but the hotel's initial response was very irresponsible as they tried to put it as MY mistake. Expressing my frustration to their rude reaction, they quickly changed to 'apologizing attitude', but still has NOT provided clear answer about my compensation inquiry (not request)...

Great location, clean, friendly staff. Wi-fi was good. Perfect place for a one night stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We stayed Thursday night and you can get the noise of late night early morning party people on street.
