This is a great place to stay in Paris! Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff in the heart of Paris on the Place Vendome. Historic location with beautiful shopping areas as well. Excellent breakfast. Very good value. Will stay here again!

Prior to my arrival the hotel ask me to check in online a choose what type of accommodation I’d like . I choose a high floor with bath and a city view. I got a first floor room with ensuite shower and a internal court yard view. The carpet on the stairs is thread-bare and there were holes in my bedroom carpet. The hot water was not working properly-ie luke warm for the last 24hrs uncomfortable to a shower in . When I said it to the receptionist she just said oh sorry!

This is an adorable hotel quaint with easy access to other areas. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. The pillows were okay but a little lumpy. The television is small compared to other places I've stayed and the channel selection seems very limited for an international hotel. The rooms are quiet and the staff are excellent and very friendly.

We Liked Hôtel Mansart when we stayed there a few years ago. This time (July 13 - July17, 2025) we found the bathroom not ready when we checked in and during the subsequent days. Examples: On our arrival, the Shower floor was very slippery without a non-slip pad, the body-soap bottle was almost empty, I was not supplied with bathroom slippers, and the spare toilet paper roll was not replaced during next morning's cleaning. (I had to make 3 separate phone calls to get this corrected.) Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was as sumptuous as we loved it a few years ago.

This hotel is so OLD it doesn't even have an elevator to upper floor. The stairs SMELL, the carpet is torn up. The bathroom is NOT ensuite; its a 19th century add-on with idiotic slippery tiles up to an open shower/bath that has NO door, so it floods the entire bathroom. I slipped & BROKE MY PELVIS & these idiots wanted to charge for an extra night! Their room phones do NOT work so I couldn't call for help! APPALLING experience, this place is disgusting & should be shut down as a serious safety hazard.

we loved the receptionist who was thai in nationality and love the experience of getting welcome champagne from their vineyard. everyone was superb and super nice. It came with a bottle of still and sparkling water daily.
