Very happy. Good service despite a minor wrinkle with booking. Clean sizeable rooms, and pretty good food considering our expectations were low. Nice to see a reasonable local wine selection while we were in Burgundy too

The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Very basic accommodation- paint chipped and missing on the decor. Really in need of a spruce up. Mattresses uncomfortable and pillows too. Towels rather threadbare. It was cheap but there is cheap and cheap! Restaurant does not serve food on a Sunday. Local food is Fast food unless you go into the city. On the upside hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel is s bang next door to a supermarket and petrol station. It is ok for a stop over but nothing more.

The bed sheets made one sweat !! Two burgers ordered to eat in the room for a given time, to collect, were 15 mins late burnt and virtually cold. We ate them only because of tiredness and hunger after a long driving day

This was fine for a single overnight stop on way to the Alps. Very friendly staff. Not a particularly salubrious area, and there was a lack of facilities in the vicinity. We ate at the restaurant – and the food was surprisingly good. But be aware that they are extending the hotel – adding an additional floor – so it is currently something of a building site – which wasn’t mentioned on the website. It rained when we stayed and the rain was coming through the roof in the corridors as a result.
