ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne 15ème

No me gustó que hacía mucha calor, el aire acondicionado no sentía.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming. A warmer attitude and better customer service would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.

Hay un señor que de cabello un poco largo y blanco que es muy amable, desgraciadamente no me sé su nombre. Pero los demás jóvenes de la recepción no son amables, su actitud es como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, pero fuera de eso el hotel esta muy limpio, la habitación es chiquita, esta bien ubicado, como a 25 minutos caminando esta la torre eiffel, como a dos cuadras esta el metro. En general esta bien el hotel, el único detalle es el de recepcion, sobre todo un hombre que obviamente no me sé su nombre

Great place to stay!

I think it’s a good location to get to Eiffel tower walking but we still had to use the metro to get to other locations. The good part is that the Metro is literally close.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing. I would stay there again, but I’d choose a time when it’s not so warm. The only downside to this hotel is that the air was run low. It wasn’t extremely hot inside but it was barely comfortable in 95° weather

safe area, close to the Eiffel tower and other attractions, bear by Metro station. There is a laundry room to wash and dry clothes and an ironing board station.

I was dubious about booking when I looked at the mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more happy with the ibis. Travelling with my 16 year old daughter on our own, the ibis was perfect for us. Very close to the metro, a bakery, lovely bar with happy hour and pharmacist. The rooms themselves were ideal, a good size, bathrooms a little small but perfect size shower etc for us. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was perfect for the hot July Paris is having! Downstairs there was lots on offer, snack machines which also had toiletries in. The bar was great with friendly staff and the burgers were delicious! A water station to fill up your water. The staff were very helpful when we needed them. I would definitely recommend this place for someone travelling alone, young adults on their first trip away or parents who are travelling with children. It would be a good place for anyone that didn’t want the Parisian boutique experience. The area Cambronne, felt safe and accessible even late at night when getting the metro back from the Eiffel Tower. Thank you Ibis!

The room was extremely hot, I asked to be moved to another room, they said they were full, we can´t sleep sweating all night. Air conditioning is not working at all, next day after insisting as my wife is pregnant we were moved to anothe room a bit better, but still air conditioning almost not working. Besides is not cheap I paid over $500 for 2 nights expecting Ibis is a good hotel. Don´t go to this hotel in summer they do not have air conditioning at all

Very well situated hotel really close to metro station and some really nice areas and restaurants in the 15th. The lobby is really nice in this ibis. It’s comfy and has everything you need!

They don’t have air conditioners,safe box,fridge in the rooms,beds are not comfortable,staff are not helpful.

The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe, even though we expected those basic amenities. On top of that, during all four nights of our stay, the air conditioning barely worked. It constantly felt like it was stuck on the lowest fan setting. We reported the issue to the hotel, and someone came to fix it. It worked for a short time, but during the night the air conditioning stopped working completely. We woke up in a hot room and were unable to sleep comfortably. This was a very disappointing experience. When you can’t sleep properly, you can’t rest, and that completely affects your ability to enjoy your vacation. We paid for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. We expected much better service and accommodations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The bar served very good cocktails, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not like the room at all. It was missing basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe, and the air conditioning barely worked during our stay. Despite reporting the issue, the problem was never fully resolved. Overall, the room was a major disappointment and negatively affected our experience.

The air conditioning was very low, even if it was in the lowest temperature

The room is very clean.The staff are very helpful and polite. The baggage deposit is very convenient to use. All the travel essentials is in the room.
