Kimpton ST HONORÉ PARIS by IHG

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Great location, clean, modern decor and friendly staff. Especially Sebastian at the front desk. From the moment we entered the hotel, he made us feel welcome and cared for. The food in the restaurant both for breakfast and lunch were also very good. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Paris.

The team was welcoming and supportive throughout our week long stay. Some inconsistencies in house keeping service but overall a good experience. Location is great. View from our 9th floor of the Opera was great too.

Clean room, friendly staff, great spa and gym. Loved the bar and complementary drink for hotel guests during happy hour. Perfect hotel location.

Very good hotel in the heart of Paris

We love this hotel and stay there quite often when in Paris. But they don't seem to have the heat on in shoulder seasons and froze in our room. We asked to get it fixed many times and they would not/could not fix it and did not change rooms when we asked. To pay almost $1000 a night for this experience was terribly disappointing. W spent about $7,500 on our stay and weee left feeling very disappointed.

We had a beautiful and spacious room facing the courtyard. We did not know that evening events are regularly held in that courtyard even on weekdays. On two of the nights that we were there, there was noise and loud music being played well past 11pm. This was quite disruptive as we were exhausted from travel and had difficulty sleeping. I expected management to do a better job at a high end hotel such as this.

The staff was so incredible, friendly, and professional. Everyone from the front desk, concierge, and bellmen were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Paris. The hotel was clean with very good service. We needed things a couple times and they brought them to the room very quickly. Most of the staff speaks English (only time we had a challenge was in the evening when there was only 1 person at the front desk but we managed). Lovely room, not huge but well appointed with a lovely marble bathroom and our tiny balcony was so special. Made my daughter’s first trip to Paris one to remember! Walking distance to the grands magasins and the Louvre. Close to public transit too.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to. The only thing we didn’t like was the minimum charge of $50 per guest in the rooftop bar - even for residents. We would have liked to see it, but are not big drinkers.

VERY SMALL ROOMS. Had to bend down in some areas of the room due to low ceiling
